Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter Center

When I choose to stay outside of Atlanta. I chose here. Marta is short walk away, short train ride to Buckhead and the city. There are plenty of restaurants also.

The check in at the hotel front desk was most pleasant. Our room was very clean. What would be helpful to improve our stay would be the addition of a luggage holder in the room. While there is a shelf for one piece of luggage, we had two pieces of luggage. The second piece had to be placed on the floor which is not appropriate. We only hoped there were no critters or bugs on the floor that could enter the second piece of luggage. Please include a portable luggage rack in the rooms in addition to the shelf. Another issue that likely cannot be changed is the time it takes for hot water to come out of the faucet. It takes a very long time for the faucet to provide hot water for use.

Great location with easy parking access. Room was clean and quiet, plus our 4 night stay was very budget friendly!

Room was 8/10. Front desk staff was A, Rooms should be cleaned with new towels every other day.

Everything was great about my stay. At first, I didn't think it would be that case. I need a shower with seat because I'm a fall risk, so I always book a wheelchair accessible room. But when I got to the hotel, the previous occupant decided to stay longer, and they didn't have another such room available. But the manager quickly and wonderfully addressed the problem by getting me a room with a shower and a tub seat! My issue was completely and perfectly addressed. The entire staff was so professional and kind as well. And as for the frèe morning breakfast, it was pretty good! There was a variety to choose from and the food was hot. Usually when I stay at hotels with a free breakfast, the food is luke warm to cold, and the sausage is so overcooked that it's like shoe leather. Not the case here. It set my day off to a great start to visit my doctor at Emory. I've already booked their hotel for my visit this April as well. I'm looking forward to another great stay.

Friendly staff, clean and well kept building, conveniently located in close proximity to everything you could possibly want or need. Great stay!

We did not get the room I booked. As a matter of fact, they downgraded the room they gave us and didn't say anything. We got upstairs and I called down and said this isn't the room type I booked and it was then I was told they had downgraded my room and did not have the room type available. Corey at the front desk was wonderful, the hotel is clean and well set up. We were iffered a credut and stayed for 3 nights. I think they should have communicated the room situation better.
