Hotels near Kudzu and Company in Sandy Springs

Very busy hotel due to baseball tournaments with limited supply at breakfast daily. It seems unless you were there in the first hour, it was all gone. Numerous times there was no cups for coffee even. Also, only given two towels in a room for 3 people and had to ask front desk for towels and linens. Very noisy in halls and could hear slamming doors, people talking in rooms, showers in neighboring rooms, etc. Staff at front desk was great but just seems like having too many sporting events led to an subpar experience.

The hotel staff are so friendly that everyone they meet greets them and asks how they are. However, the breakfast menu is limited, so guests staying for a long time may get bored with breakfast. taste is good

Great location and a gorgeous property conveniently located on the outskirts of Atlanta… with easy access to the Perimeter Mall. From the friendly valet greetings and courteous reception staff (Kelly S.) everything was perfect during our stay. Compliments to the housekeeping staff… our room and the entire property is spotless. Great bar, super breakfast buffet and friendly staff… all for an unbelievably low price point. 5 Stars!!!

This is an older hotel. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast had good variety. The condition of the room, however, was poor and it did not smell very fresh. The thermostat did not control the temperature. When we got into bed and tried to turn on the TV, we found that it did not work at all. We would have told management but we did not want to change back into our clothes and pack up so that we could change rooms. ...it was late and we'd had a drive to get there. I would just recommend to check how everything operates if you book there.

We enjoyed a two-night stay. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we are visiting this area.

We were going to participate in an exhibition. Although it was a bit far from the Convention and Exhibition Center and it took about 50 minutes on the road, the price was very cost-effective. Hotels in the Convention and Exhibition Center were relatively expensive. The subway is also relatively close, the breakfast is pretty good, and there are some restaurants to choose from nearby.

This past weekend of July 28, 2023, I visited the uniquely cozy and welcoming Live/Stay property located in the Sandy Springs area of Georgia. Right outside of Atlanta. I seriously enjoyed my stay. It's in close proximity to the Perimeter Mall. Multiple metro rail stations. And cool eateries in strolling or Lyft distance. I love the courtyard. And the staff. They are resourceful and genuine. HARD WORKING TOO!! Front Desk Nazeema is warm. Very welcoming! So is Andre. He's funny! 😁 Maintenance guy was on his phone, but he was working I guess. Never made eye contact. Housekeeping ladies were great. Each one noticed me. I thought that was cool. AND THEN, there was Michael. The Houseman. He really made my day and the rest of the week that I'm having right now. When the morning came, I was down a bit about some personal stuff and outside, smoking cigarettes like stressing away. And here comes Michael, three trash bags, head on a swivel greeting a guest down the way from where I was sitting. Smiling like he was carrying cake. 😂😂 As he approached to walk past me, he stared right at me and said Great morning. I replied Good Morning. He then said, no, Great Morning. Because good is the enemy of great! We can all be good, let's be great! That hit me right in the chest. I've needed to hear that for years. I've paid high ranking people to teach me, but that some spoke volumes. He then continued to work, while still talking me, as I continued back to my room. As the next two days went by. I really appreciated what he said and how he said it to me. He was so soft spoken and innocent in his speech. It was like a humble giant, although he's an average height fellow. 😁 Really kind and inclusive. He reallly loves his coworkers. It's like it's not even work to him. It's like he's helping his sisters get things done. He'll run and jump for those ladies and he doesn't mind showing it. I wanted to tip him, just because he goes above and beyond, but he instead asked that I give it to a housekeeping member with a push cart instead. That in itself blew my mind. He said to me, rewards aren't for him, they're for the people who pay attention to the noise. He's just here to make people like me happy and comfortable while we visit one of Water Walks hidden gems in the home people like him have grown in, love, and cherish. I say that to say, it really broke my heart to see him talked to, yelled at, and stalked by some other coworker whom was clearly bigger and rude towards Michael. Michael was clearly defeated by this creep who wouldn't stop charging towards Michael. Had some lady whom was standing between them had not been there, that guy may have hurt Michael. And Michael was just telling the dude he was wrong. But the big guy had to be heard and he had to be loud. I wanted to step in and help Michael, but the guy was big. At least 5”11-6'1 , 220+ lbs. For the price and the accommodations is one of the best deals in town. The staff is super friendly and professional. The rooms are super clean, well equipt with microwaves and mini fridges.I slept like a baby it was so peaceful and the bed was so comfy.

Do you want a hotel with outdated decor, a restaurant that passed its prime 25 years ago, rooms with furniture from the 90s, and two out of three working elevators? Then this is the hotel for you!!!! If you want a hotel that lives up to Hilton standards, I would avoid it at all costs and find another Hilton branded property. The ownership company will likely claim to have poured millions of dollars into renovations. And this may be perfectly true. If the renovations were done in 1997. And 75% of that money was stolen. The location is terrible, access to the parking lot from Peachtree Industrial Blvd. is a pain, breakfast was barely tolerable, people running up and down hallways (on the ”Executive Floor” - ***?) Implosion is the only way to fix this hotel for Hilton. Or remove the Hilton brand and let Red Roof Inn, Choice Hotels, Super 8, or Best Western have the flag - I am sure they are all perfectly fine hotel brands, but this is way beneath a Hilton.
