"Price was very fair. The hotel is going through some renovation, it’s becoming more modern. It was very clean, staff was very courteous! Shuttle to Sanford international starts at 4:30 which is perfect for a 6:00 flight. A huge bonus, Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot!!"

"Look at the hotel instructions that it was booked this year, it is really new. All parties are good, breakfast is a bit simple, self-service washing machine needs 2.5 knife washing, 2.5 knife drying. Orlando travel here is still the first."

"Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!"

"Because I had to fly to Sanford in the morning to live here, the first thing I did n’t think was sanitary, there were small bugs in the bathroom, and the second thing, I felt that the shuttle bus to the airport was not reliable. After ten o’clock, let ’s ourselves We took a taxi back and rushed to catch the plane in the morning. We were the last boarder of the whole plane and we almost missed the plane. Not recommended."

"During the epidemic, it was not easy to travel in a foreign country. Holiday inn express The environment in China is good, but it is not necessarily in the United States. The one we stayed in, next to the highway, the sound insulation effect can be poor, you can clearly hear the noise of cars passing by the road, it is difficult to sleep at night. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island that seats four. Adjacent is a dining table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals. The living area features cozy couches and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.
Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a twin bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and another with a king bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.
Other things to note: We use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we may enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use.
We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island that seats four. Adjacent is a dining table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals. The living area features cozy couches and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.
Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a twin bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and another with a king bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.
Other things to note: We use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we may enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use.
We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.
We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.

House has been thoughtfully updated with a charming, modern kitchen and appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pans and all the cooking accessories you may need. The living room has a 50" smart TV, loaded with Netflix, Prime and YouTube TV for sign-in with your own account (no cable TV). The screened-in front porch has a dining table and seating for 6, which overlooks the beautiful natural Florida landscaped front yard and gold fish pond. The Laundry Room is located on the ground floor, with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms are each equipped with blackout curtains and a sound machine for optimum sleeping. Master bedroom has an extendable Smart TV to adjust to your viewing pleasure. Upstairs bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and shower and has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap for your use.
