"We had a great time at Alpenhotel Kaiserfels. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has great location just next to the lift, the rooms are spacious and clean and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool is also quite larger and there's activities for the kids such as foosball and a kids room."

"We were a group of 12. This hotel is as described. Location was very good - ski bus stops outside the hotel but it’s only 10 min walk to main lift/village. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice & we enjoyed cooking our own eggs/bacon . The Spa/gym area was lovely. Bed rooms had plenty storage but the lighting was poor- one of the main bed room lights was behind the curtain so didn’t give much light when curtains were closed! Beds all twins.. felt like camper beds tbh. En-suite was great, super shower. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely, friendly & very helpful."

"Returned from Hotel Park yesterday. This review could be very short ,namely, as good as ever. That would feel lazy and therefore the hotel remains excellent and welcoming. The owners and staff always look to say yes and nothing seems to be a problem. Reviews are fine but year on year returners tell you all that you need to know.
