Very basic and economical hotel. The air conditioning work very well. The shower was great. Plenty of free uncovered parking in their parking lot. It is not a fancy hotel by any means, but it was a nice one night stay.

The check-in was a nightmare. There were no staff present at all (at 5 pm on a Sunday). There is an automatic check-in facility but this didn't work so a very kind gent called their helpline who gave me a check-in code that worked (at the 3rd attempt). The same thing happened to someone else with the added bonus that the automatic check-in wouldn't accept their valid (so the guest said) debit card.
Once you get in, the hotel and facilities are fine. It's located a little way outside St. Poelten which is a nice place with plenty to look at.
All said, I suspect I won't be coming back.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und man konnte mit ihr auch scherzen. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren sehr sauber, hübsch und haben nicht unangenehm gerochen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und es war alles da, was man braucht.

Ich fange mit dem positiven an: Die Zimmer sind okay. Nüchtern aber okay. Frühstück gabs bis 9:00!!!???!!! Da wir erst spät von unseren Tätigkeiten zurück kehrten war das schon sportlich. Punkt 9:00 war das Frühstücksbuffet innerhalb von 30 Sekunden weg. Eine von uns wollte dann noch einen Kaffee - Keine Chance. Auf Anfrage kam die Antwort: Für zwei Euro kann man sich an der selben Kaffeemaschine einen KAUFEN. 30Sekunden zuvor gabs ihn noch gratis. Wir taten unseren Unmut kund und teilten dem Mitarbeiter mit, dass wir sicher nicht wieder kommen. Antwort: Das müssen sie auch nicht…..
