衞生：蠻好的，退房看到對面的房間衞生處理的很到位，清理好幾遍
環境：感覺是鬧中取靜，周圍環境很好，不吵
服務：還是蠻細心的，春節期間服務人員笑臉相迎，主動問候✊

三明最坑爹酒店，前台服務極差，挨着鋼鐵廠，各種無法忍受噪音，煙囱濃煙滾滾，想體驗在鋼鐵廠住宿的可以預訂。早餐一般，贈飲衹有兩小瓶，多一瓶就要高價。三百塊在三明住這裏，誰朱誰就是大冤種

酒店位置比較偏，不過房間很乾凈，簡約大氣，早餐的話煎蛋有點涼了要是現煎就好了，湯麪料很足不過沒什麼味道，下午有人亂按我門鈴不知道是服務員還是其他客人這點不好！

裝修得挺有品味的，設施也都比較新，還有個挺大的露台，下面就是免費停車場，地面車位不夠的話還有地下，絕對適合開車來的朋友。
前台小夥子熱情周到，雖然住小樓需要提着行李上下幾次台階… 還有保潔可能太敬業了，早上不到六點就在院裏掃地…
