A basic hotel. "Does the job" might be an ample and appropriate description. A place to rest your head at night and have a basic breakfast before moving on to start your day in earnest. Minimalistic rooms - bed, shower, TV - bright and airy (very white, very bright) and an equally minimalistic, but quite tasty, breakfast with limited choice. The staff were accommodating and clearly trying to run economically ("please re-use your plate" during breakfast). The rooms are paper thin; it would be easy to join in conversations with neighboring guests. The hotel is a 15 minutes walk from the main square of Sorrento; fine for us as we enjoy walking and exploring on the hoof; but it will not be everyone's cup of tea. We stayed here as part of a tour but wouldn't return by choice.

The Hotel was great. The toilets were big, and there was a decent amount of amenities. The beds and floors were clean. Staff were very friendly and even helped my family order delivery. The breakfast was good, but I felt like there wasn’t a wide spread of things to eat. Overall very good z

The hotel is immaculate. Everything seemed brand new. The rooms were cleaned daily and the linens were really good quality. The staff were exceptional. Professional and exceeded our expectations. I am gluten intolerant and having made Tanya aware she ensured a selection of gluten free products were made available at every meal. In addition to this her husband, ( the chef) made 3 different cakes each morning to enjoy. Absolutely amazing. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The whole team are extremely proud of their hotel and so they should be. I will be returning with my family as soon as possible. Thank you

We really enjoyed this place. It is spotlessly clean and modern. The staff were really nice people, very helpful, just a pleasure to deal with. Comfortable modern rooms, very well designed to make a small space very useable. Wonderful shower! It’s a little far from the downtown area, about a 20 minute walk, but there is a bus and cabs. We would stay here again anytime.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was included and it was excellent!
It was a bit of a walk from the main area of Sorrento but no real problem and the area was quiet.

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at the Isabella. The staff are excellent, very friendly! Nice breakfast, good pool area which always had space. A range of guests including tour groups, couples and solo travellers. Everyone who we met staying here was very nice and we got chatting to some other guests. Room was always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location is excellent in Sant Angnello. It’s a little out of Sorrento town (around a 20 minute walk into the centre) but we found the location exceeded our expectations. It was quieter and a lovely area. The views from the nearby viewpoint and beach are incredible, it was our favourite view of the trip! Highly recommend La Marinella Beach nearby as well. A wonderful memorable trip, thank you hotel Isabella!

We were a family group of 10 staying for one week in August 2023. The staff, rooms, breakfasts, pool and access to local areas was superb. The restaurant staff Tania and Marika were most friendly and accommodating. We had stayed before and they remembered us. No evening meals was no problem as there are loads of eating places nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff/ receptionist. Nice pool and breakfast, quite local 15 minute walk from the main square. Overall good experience with hotel Isabella.
