Good value for money. Clean room with small balcony. No small fridge.Hostel has a roof terrace with nice views. Breakfast was okish, could be improved.

Seven Hostel was perfect for me. Short walk to the bus and train station in Sant'Agnello but walkable from Sorrento too. Rooms were perfect and everyone I met there was lovely.

🚨Beware Bedbugs 🚨. This can happen anywhere and I understand that. However, Seven Hostel handled this very poorly to the point that we had to cut our stay short and leave and they refused any kind of refund. The photos I’ve posted of the bites don’t show the full gravity of the situation. Beyond the bed bugs fiasco, this place has horrible customer service. The AC in our room didn’t work properly, and they said it could be due to the window being open, but the window itself was broken. Other random issues like no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms raise concerns both about covid and about general lack of hospitality. Free breakfast was appreciated, but very minimal. I will say the bar and restaurant had a lovely view and great prices (though bad quality).

Great breakfast, cocktails and rooftop views! Perfect to travel with friends, solo or with a couple!! They are very NICE and they have a great Home Made ice cream and breakfast. Very close to beaches and principle touristic points.

Their version of air conditioning is just a fan placed on the floor meant to cool four people in one room and does nothing for the humidity. Washrooms are small and have no where to put your things when getting ready in the morning/at night. If you arrive later in the evening you are charged a late fee that must be payed in cash and there is not staff in the building 24/7.

I was under the impression I booked a single room, I even called to confirm with the property in advance. When I arrived they told me no I was in a 12 bed mixed dormitory… not the end of the world and may have been a mistake on my end.
When I arrived in my room I found the AC did not work in 34 Celsius weather… the plug by my bed was so high I could not even charge my phone. When I addressed these issues the staff were no help. I ended up having to book a hotel in the area last second as these conditions were not comfortable to stay in.

There was black mold in one of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are not cleaned. They sweep but that’s about it. The location is good. The staff was good. They have free breakfast. They have cheap dining options. It would’ve been a good stay if it wasn’t for the bathrooms.

We had a private room. rlly good for price, walls a bit thin and the smell in rooms was a bit weird cause of heater but it went away w opening windows. breakfast was good considering it’s free. didn’t eat at restaurant hotel tho cause of reviews, but there are many little places around the area that are rlly good. location is great also for trains and busses

This is the worst place i have ever been to terrible customer service, bad rooms , moldy pillows, bed bugs, bad showers, wierd smell in rooms, terrible food and when i say terrible i mean down right unedible as chicken was pink and everything else was undercoocked and tasted like cheap store bought food
