Hotel Torre Barcelona

absolutely horrible experience. Not remotely close to the listing. Hotel refused to cooperate as well. I booked for 3 nights and barely spent a night. Breakfast was terrible as well.

This hotel is tucked away you can get there using the train and then a bus. I’m from London and I found my way. Also Georgio the owner of this beautiful house was so accommodating and gave me a lift to somewhere I needed to get to. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes .

I booked the junior suite on ******* which says it comes with a balcony and a hot tub, when I checked in they said their junior suite doesn’t come with that and showed me to less than stellar room. To top it off the shower head was laying on the floor because it was broken and couldn’t stay upright. I told him I booked the room with a hot tub and balcony and they said sorry it’s rented and they can’t do anything. I called ******* the next day and they couldn’t help me either. Said they have to follow hotel guidelines. So on ******* the junior suite says it has a balcony and hot tub which it doesn’t and the guy at the hotel said that happens a lot. Essentially I paid for a better room and got a crap room. I didn’t think that was fair so opted to stay elsewhere the second night (because they didn’t give me the room I paid for) and the hotel, nor Did ******* would reimburse me.

Beautiful garden, lovely room.

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood. There is construction going on in the garden area but really didn’t deter from the ambience inside.

Small hotel, has a charme, rooms a bit too smal

In a very nice and quiet suburb. Amazing staff, Emma, Lina and Guadeloupe were great and made us feel very comfortable. One small downside. There was only a mirror in the bathroom, no mirror in bedroom

We like the charm of the place very much and the area it is in. We were placed in the wrong room initially due to language barrier but that was not an issue switching rooms. We only needed to sleep off the jet lag. The receptionist that came on duty in the afternoon was very friendly. The other staff appeared to be put out by us and not very friendly. One site states check out to be by noon and another by 11:30am however we had cleaning services actually come and open our door wide while we were in there and leave it open before 11:00am. Staff also appeared personally offended that I brought the coffee cups from the room to the breakfast area to fill and take back to the room. If you can speak Spanish I would highly recommend if you don't then you need to be aware of this environment. We did not let it deter us and fully enjoyed the room and grounds.
