We arrived at the hotel at 2am, when we wanna use the shower. The shower only comes out 38+ degrees hot water which impossible for a whole shower. For the two nights being there was terrible, we ask if we can have any room change or amendments on it. However, the receptions only work between the time which travellers would not staying in the hotel. I hope they can try to solve the problem of lacking help to customers.
