Rang doorbell on locked office . No response for at least five minutes. That left me feeling uneasy! It’s around 10pm, I just drive for 5 hours and I’m really hoping someone will be letting me into the room I reserved. When he did respond he said he was at other property and would be right over. I don’t even think he said hello. Just asked for ID and credit card and gave me my card to get in. Had to go back to ask what direction my room was in as it was not clear.
Also No parking anywhere near room. Lot seemed very crowded considering the number of rooms up here.
The room itself is ok. Bathroom looks like it was recently renovated. Paint looks good. Nothing fancy.

Although it says non-smoking, as soon as I entered the room, it reeked like cigarettes. The restroom was very tidy and fairly clean but the rest of the room not so much and smelly! The walls are very thin and I could hear people talking right outside my door, plus the door didn’t seem to shut all around. (there was no peep hole on the door)

My room smelt like cigarettes even though it was smoke free. I wasn’t happy about that. Maybe updating the furniture there was a burn mark on a dresser

The worst experience ever, dirty room, wholes on sheets and blanket, clogged up sink, fresh paint smell, paint stains/spills on door, construction materials outside of the room. Room didn’t look ready for guests. Hotel refused to give me a refund and I’ve been trying to contact ******* to make a formal complaint.

This was an awesome place to stay! Spacious and clean. Front desk was kind and helpful! I recommend this place 100%! Wld definately stay here again. After a long road trip, it felt nice and cozy!
