Hotel Virginia Santa Barbara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Reviews

For 3 girls trip we needed 3 beds to relax and enjoy our trip. This hotel was the only place had a room with 2 beds and sofa bed. Location is perfect !! Right in the middle of downtown Santa barbara. We will definitely come back! I gave 2 stars for amenity because sofabed was broken which we could still use but it was not really comfortable. (We travel a lot so we know how sofabed is like.) And conditioner in the bathroom was empty.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is cozy and the room was clean and spacious. Right by state street with all the restaurants and bars. Great location and price!

Extraordinary customer service at the front desk. The hotel is just slightly away from the main street of downtown and it's also close to the Bus station and beach!!

The bedding is clean, drinking water and WiFi are not provided. The town is suitable for leisure, and all restaurants are open after 10:30. It is a bit difficult to have breakfast. The hotel bar provides a simple breakfast, but there is no paper menu, and our Chinese software cannot recognize its QR code. You can only order food according to other guests' meals. It does not match the feeling of a star hotel.

The environment of the hotel is average, very small, like a larger private hotel, the sanitation is OK, the service is OK, I don't know why it is owned by Hilton Hotel, the restaurant nearby is not bad, and the scenery is also very good

It is being renovated now. The room is pretty good, clean and tidy. It is very close to the busiest main street in the town. It is very convenient to eat. It is just in time for the Independence Day of the United States.
