Best location if you want to rely on the train for business travel in Silicon Valley. Also conveniently close to the San Jose airport by bus. The staff is very helpful and good night snack selection if you arrive late. Very high quality for its budget.

Convenient transportation and clean environment

The hotel service is very poor. Cleaning is only done once every seven days. Towels have to be exchanged for old ones at the front desk. Parking and laundry are charged. There is no breakfast. It is next to the railway track. The management looks at people with tinted glasses. I asked for cleaning several times, but they ignored me. I stayed for 11 days and the room was not cleaned once.

There is a railway track behind the hotel. When the train passes by, the sound is quite loud, especially when the train passes by, haha, as you can imagine.
