The room and the cleanliness are OK. The front desk said that the deposit will be returned in 3-5 days, but now 11 days have passed and the deposit of 350 USD has not been returned!!!

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Levis Stadium, within a 30-minute drive from San Jose's main business district and high-tech enterprise park, and far from downtown San Francisco. The hotel facilities are good, the suite room is a little small, and the service is good. I encountered problems during my stay at the hotel. The first time I communicated and coordinated through Ctrip customer service, the effect was very good.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to Stanford, Google, and Apple. Whole Foods is a 4-minute drive away, and Blooming Plaza is a 10-minute drive away.

Excellent environment and very hygienic

連住5晚，看中了這款套房，很期待！ 實際情況與酒店介紹圖片一致，各方面都不錯！第一天住在靠近高速路的一側，夜晚汽車聲音很吵，第二天換到靠泳池的內側就好很多了。 遺憾的是房間裏沒有微波爐，需要到一樓小超巿去用公共的，不是太方便。這次來美國入住的所有酒店客房都有微波爐，除了這家。

提前一個月定的2000+，入住後發現攜程價格降到了970，冤大頭。位置還不錯，離Santa Clara會議中心5分鐘車程。酒店在公路邊，24小時車流不斷，房間裏很吵，睡眠輕的避雷。自駕友好，停車場車位還算充足，沒有額外收費。洗衣需要前台取送，服務一般，性價比水平也就值1000左右。

룸사이즈 커서 거실, 방 분리되어있고 크롬캐스트 되는 티비 하나씩 총 두개 달려있는건 좋은데.. 일단 위치 애매해서 바로앞에 있는 큰길 건너의 몰을 갈수가 없고 방음이 안좋아요 매우
