The service was friendly and professional, and the staff were always helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the good variety and quality of the food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d be happy to return.

Everything was quiet good except very expensive parking. And the food was just okay...

This was an absolutely terrible experience. Prices were higher than other platforms, and booking in advance was more expensive than booking on the fly and non-refundable! After booking, a new policy was immediately introduced. Check-in itself wasn't a major issue, but the hotel offered zero flexibility; a truly awful experience!

I miss domestic hotels, just stay here when I'm on a business trip

The Hyatt Hotel in Santa Clara is very convenient to park on the side of the road. There is a large parking lot. The environment of the hotel is also good, the sanitation is not bad, and the service attitude of the hotel is also quite good
