Ideal location, center. Nearby is the port, cruise terminal. Ideal for cruisers to stay. The bus station is also nearby, 15 min. Walk. Standard breakfasts, you won't go hungry. The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing.

Not a bad hotel in the very center of the city, there are many restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. The room itself is small, and it was a bit dirty. The breakfast was quite weak, and not tasty.

Very complete buffet. Very good treatment from the staff and very practical room.

Good stay overall, the only downside is the heat in the common areas and in the room, they should clean the air filters because it didn't cool well.

The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. The staff was attentive and polite, the room had a small terrace overlooking the square with good views and was very clean. Without a doubt a great option in relation to quality and price.

The hotel is right in the city center and the location of the square is very good. There are many places to eat near the square.
