On the plus side the room was very clean and a nice size. On the negative it only had one nightstand which was very inconvenient and the heater would cycle a blast of cold air would blow out until the heater would run.
All in all this place is a good value and we probably will stay here on our next trip to Santa Cruz.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable stay, reviews were very helpful too. Stayed with our 2 boys (8,4) and grandad. Pool and grassy area are a big plus, a little too cold for this season but good to have that option. Dining at the Inn’s restaurant makes life easy too, all in all a comfortable stay, not overpriced for a change, location is great because you are 10 minutes away from many trails and Santa Cruz dining and downtown, but still quiet with trees surrounding. Right off highway 17, but not very noisy.

Very clean, bar/restaurant on site. Easy parking. Awesome staff.
Could use another mirror in room besides bathroom only mirror, so other person could do make-up, hair if bathroom is being used.

One downfall- the room coffee maker didn't work properly, so we had to dress to go get coffee from lobby.

I grow up in Los Gatos and rhe ladt time i stayed at the Inn it was a dump.
It was great to experience the place after it's renovation.
Great job and kudos to the entire team from housekeeping to the banquet manager.

What I didn’t like was the toilet was broken in our room so we had to pack up and move to another room which had lights that didn’t work in the suite and required us to check out an hour early.
What I did like is the staff were super kind and the otherwise the property is just absolutely lovely, quiet, and peaceful.
The one service issue I notice frustrating several people is the coffee, hot water, and breakfast pastries were often empty and not being refilled quickly enough.
I may give this place another try and hopefully the small issues are fixed.

The room needs a light on both sides of the bed. The person on the no-lamp side cannot read in bed. The lighting in the room could be improved.
