Less than five minutes after checking out, the front desk lady refused to use the bathroom.
There are many vacant rooms, but no check-in arrangements are made. They insist that check-in can only be arranged after four o'clock. I asked to borrow the bathroom, but they refused.
Can Ctrip cooperate with such a store?

The original room assigned to us was not made up, so we had to go back to the front desk to request a new room. The new room had quite a perfume smell of some sort that bothered me. Not much selection for breakfast.

The room was nice and big, however getting inand out of the jacuzzi tub/ shower was quite difficult being seniors. It was also a tad bit dark as the main lighting was high on the ceiling and only one bulb was working. And with no fan in the shower the steam would set the smoke detector off.
When i booked the room the pictures showed a really nice room. Not the case here. Room was big yes, but everything was old, the couch was unsitable, too low to ground and sunk in the middle. However the main bed was very comfortable. The first night there there was a group of people that partied till 1 am even thought you have to sing a firm at check on you will respect the 10 pm quite time. But the second night was much better. Over all it was ok, would we stay there again...probably not.

Disappointing how run down it was. Rooms were dirty. Stained sheets and seats. A little upkeep could go very far as the location is great, the free parking and breakfast are nice.

I really enjoyed staying here, it's pet friendly and clean. They have a pool and Jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast. They have a fridge in the room really nice showers. The beach is walking distance

Beds and pillows were horrible and the AC in the room was bad, made the room muggy even in the coldest setting. The breakfast was a disappointment, no juice or water or milk. They have a little store in there but you have to have exact change and they won't take a debit card. The shower was decent though
