Casa Luis Apartments

Stayed in a one bed apartment in the superior block. Lovely room. Sun on the balcony from first thing until 5pm. Lovely and clean. Two supermarkets close by and around a 20 minute walk to the shops and marina. No noise in our block, loads of kids in the other blocks even though it wasn’t school holidays so if you don’t like children when holidaying I would recommend booking in the superior block. Rooftop pool for adults only, gym facilities also available. All in all a great stay and would definitely return

Great value for money. The standard apartments are pretty basic, so it’s worth upgrading to a superior room - ours had a fabulous sea view and lots of space. Santa Eulalia is just a short 15 min walk or taxi ride away. Fun entertainment at the complex in the evening. Main Pool has seen better days but the rooftop pool is lovely. Overall we felt this was a great choice for a good value family holiday in Ibiza. The hotels and apartments nearby are considerably more expensive !

Good spot… I went with my husband, 2 year old and two sisters. We thought it was lovely and clean. Pools were nice and staff nice. It was nice place for a holiday.. staff were always helpful. The adult bit was really really nice. I requested and emailed looking my sisters to be in a room beside us. They weren’t. It was disappointing. They stayed in the new block and their room was lovely. They didn’t like the toilet and shower situation and thought it didn’t give much privacy. Our room was above reception - I didn’t like the way the cutlery was over by the balcony and the kettle had to go beside the toaster. Dangerous for a child. The bathroom smelt of drains… I really really enjoyed my week here. I don’t know if I would go back to that place in Ibiza but I would recommended it

We loved it here!! It was our first family holiday with our 2 year old and I don't think we could have picked a better place. We stayed in a superior 1 bedroom apartment and it was so big!! Think we got slightly lucky as it was the corner room of the building, so the balcony went all the way around 2 sides of the building. It had a fully separate bedroom to living room/kitchen. I took a blow up travel bed for my little girl and I'm glad I did as we had lots of room to put this in the bedroom with our bed, meaning we could enjoy the living space when she had gone to bed without disturbing her! The kitchen was very basic but we didn't use it other than for keeping snacks and the fridge so it was ok for us! The only thing I wish they would provide just a small washing up liquid and sponge as we had to go out and buy some from the local supermarket. The kitchen/shower area was ok its just behind a glass partition from the living space. The shower did spill out on the floor when you used it, but we just put a towel down before getting in so it wasn't an issue for us. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable etc. On around day 5 we discovered we had a few ants in the living space, but not enough to be concerned about. The pools are nice and the childrens splash pool is really nice, it has nicer/newer sun loungers round here too very close to the side so you aren't far away from being able to keep an eye on your children. The reception staff aren't the friendliest however the rest of the staff are fabulous! Jeffrey was great with the kids and his energy didn't stop from morning to night. Carlos & Julie in the bar/restaurant are super friendly and so lovely! They knew what my little girl wanted for breakfast without asking and one night we ran out of milk for her bottle after the supermarket was closed and they kindly helped with some from behind the bar!! We only stayed for breakfast or a mid day snack and it is expensive for what it is, however I understand this is how most places make there money and as there's nothing super close by it makes sense so I didn't mind. Location is good there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and a big outdoor playground. It's about a 10/15 minute walk into town/marina which was good for us. The only thing I didnt love about this place is they wouldn't even consider a late check out for us on the day we left. Which meant we had to shower and change etc in a communal shower block and with a 2 year old in tow it's not the easiest so I would have liked to have that option. Overall we really liked it here and we would come back again in the future.

After reading all the good reviews, we were excited to visit. However it was clear that not all blacks are equal! There was no bed made up for the third person and when I opened the kitchen doors I found dirty crockery, cutlery and glasses. I had to request bedding but was told I would need to make up my own bed. The receptionist didn’t even seemed bothered. When the room was visited by the cleaners, the rooms were not cleaned and I had to visit reception again. This time I spoke to the manager/owner who was very helpful. It was sorted but surely this was basic hygiene? The pool areas were clean and the restaurant served nice food, but not cheap. The staff though didn’t want to be there, they talked about having no guests next week and then being happy- this wasn’t all but most. There was no pop/beer on draught , that had run out, so we were forced to have more expensive bottles. No melon after day 2 so dessert for children’s meal was a green apple served whole with a knife. The set meals were good value but they didn’t start till 7, which wasn’t ideal. Jeffrey is a big character and a hit with guests but entertainment was again limited to football for the kids, a mini disco and for most nights bingo and karaoke. There was a huge timetable of activities but never saw anything other than that. Magician, saxophonist and singers were good. Such a shame that we didn’t get the same experience as others earlier in the season but it has made me not want to return. We felt like everyone just wanted us to leave. One member of staff at the bar joked that after the guests leave on Monday they get everything packed up and clean everything and we are all happy! I would say make the place clean when the guests there and ensure they are happy otherwise you won’t have a job!

I can’t recommend this place enough. We went for a family holiday / big birthday and we couldn’t fault anything at all. Jeffery was there to welcome us when we arrived and helped with our cases. Check in was fast and our 7 rooms were spotless. Jeffery was of course the star of the show, as you’ll read in all of the other reviews but a special mention must also go to Carlos & Julie for waiting on us hand and foot. Nothing was too much for them and they always rearranged the restaurant tables after the bar had closed so that our large family were able to sit together for breakfast. Luis always made a point of coming over to speak to us personally and even joined us with a complimentary glass of champagne on our last night to wish us a safe trip home. We couldn’t have booked a better place than Casa Luis if we tried.

We stayed in late October 2023. Booked through jet 2 holidays for a week. I really think the hotel is great value for money and the amenities and location are great. The staff were all so helpful throughout our stay. There is a restaurant/ bar, the food is okay but nothing I would rush back for. It’s quite expensive but there isn’t too many restaurants/ bars around the area so I can see why the price point is where it is. We are once at lunch and once for dinner. The pool options for kids are great, the only downside for us was the temperature however with it being end of October we took it with a pinch of salt as I imagine during the summer this will be a welcome addition. Our two youngest 4 and 1 didn’t like coldness. It didn’t bother our eldest 7. The splash park was great. We went for the superior 1 bed apartment. It’s a little bit of a stretch calling it a 1 bed. It’s more of a studio with a sliding wall. However it was spacious, clean,l and tidy. We opted for self catering and the kitchenette left a lot to be desired but not incomparable to other self catering apartments we have been in. There was entertainment each night which we went to a few times. It’s on quite late (9pm) in the bar/restaurant area ( assumingly after main dinner service) our kids were exhausted by then. However it was a nice change some evenings and they enjoyed the discos. The marina is about a 10 min walk and there are 2 supermarkets very close by plus some fantastic kids parks. The hotel “area” is pretty enclosed so felt safe away from the road. We didn’t use the adults only roof terrace but heard great things from other guests. I would absolutely come back here again. Second time staying here, and again can't fault it. Rooms are clean pool areas are clean. All the staff are so friendly and hard working. Jefery was brilliant with our kids and all the kids there loved him. We ate in the restaurant everynight and all the food was amazing and very well priced. Would definitely recommend to stay here as we will be again.

Stayed in block 2 room 316 2 bed self catering for 1 week the room was basic but had all we needed and was clean, massive balcony with 2 sunbeds and table and chairs. The beds are super comfy. My only suggestion would be it needs more storage as very little hanging space and I’d change the bedside table to one with a proper set of drawers. The food and drinks are over priced which is a shame. It’s a great place for families as lots for them to do with Jeffrey who is great fun! There are no bars close to the hotel that you can have a wander to the nearest is a 15/20 min walk. Pools are nice and roof top pool is relaxing. I would recommend this place if you have kids under 12. Reception staff lovely and helpful too.
