Walid, Rene and the team are brilliant. They are friendly, efficient and so helpful. The apartments although not the most modern are spotlessly clean and well run. The reception area is always managed and the pool area extremely quiet, you never have to get up early to get a sun bed! We have had multiple visits to the apartments and they never disappoint.

We stayed at Duqesa for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. They are very well equipped with a lovely cool bedroom and a very powerful shower in bathroom. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of beds and never overly busy. The location is perfect for us as a short walk to marina, bars and restaurants and the beach. The road noise is loud but you are bang in the centre. What really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Have travelled all over and never had as lovely friendly obliging staff. Catered to our every need with a friendly smile and chat every day. Yolanda, Rene, Walid and Tony, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Excellent customer service, great location and good apartment. Any questions or query were dealt with in a friendly manner. We felt very welcome, we had issues with flights and they kindly let us stay an extra night at a discounted rate. We was allowed an hour later check out time. The apartment was in the heart of the town and not far from anything. They had a cafe that opens from 8.30-4pm where you can buy breakfast. I did not use the pool but my friends did and they enjoyed it and if you ask at reception they provide pool towels. We had a 2 bed apartment but it was opposite the lift so it got noisy at times and had to wear earplugs. There is no bathroom fan so condensation would form in the ceiling and drip water and made the bathroom floor wet in the accessible shower, this would be the only hazard that needs improving. There was a balcony where you can just about see the marine front but it was nice to have one. The rooms was made every day and bins emptied. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back here again.

Absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. The appartement had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent. The centre, harbour, restaurants, free car parking; everything within a few minutes of walking.

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Size was great - plenty of space for a group of 4 adults. The location is fantastic - a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and beach, with all the restaurants, etc. There is also a Spa just over the road. Showers were good, beds firm but ok, lovely little balcony. It was quiet when we stayed (mid-Sep) so never had any issues with waiting for lifts or access to the roof top pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, superb value for money and would recommend.

Another lovely stay at the apartments as a family. The reception team are all so welcoming and chatty, nothing is too much trouble. Apartments are very clean and everything you could need with a lovely quiet roof top pool. We can’t wait for our holiday next year with you already.

Another amazing stay at the fabulous Hotel Duquesa Playa. The highest standards maintained year after year. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds , Walid and his staff make your stay a pleasure. The roof top pool is a real bonus, with stunning views over the Mediterranean. Keep up the great work my friend.
