Interesting rennovation of a authentic modern architecture. Great view and great breakfast! Approach is made easy by sequential elevators. May require upgrade of shower booth.

This hotel was very easy to book online and good value for money. We had a very comfortable family room, with a balcony & sea views and lots of USB sockets for charging phones etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. The car parking was good, and the hotel was in a great location to explore Santa Margherita and catch the boat to Portofino. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english, and the breakfast was a buffet with hot & cold options which was perfect for our needs. Santa Margherita Ligure is bigger than Portofino with lots of restaurants and cafes and a really nice place to stay and explore. We enjoyed Portofino but was glad we stayed at this hotel and resort.

The hotel should improve overall cleanliness of parking and elevators, it was a little bit scary when we arrived. But inside with the rooms and overall experience, everything went good. We would come back again.

It was a wonderfull experience; the hotel has a great location, just a couple of blocks from port road. It has parking lot. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, It has a nice view from the rooms that look to the sea. It has great amenities although we didn't use the pool since it was winter.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Those at the front desk went out of their way to respond to our questions and make our stay in Santa Margherita more enjoyable. They both deserve a raise. We would definitely return on a future trip.

One of.the nicest hotels I had ever stayed in!!! Very friendly staff, neat and clean and well situated close to station, bus station and shops and restaurants as well as port and easy to access all!!!

I find it deeply troubling and unacceptable that after my experience at your hotel you still feel comfortable hiding behind the excuse that “I chose a non refundable rate”. At 2am my boyfriend and I still could not sleep due to adjacent room’s snoring and another guest banging on the wall - also because of the noise. We then went on the terrace for a break from the noise to find that we had been locked out. To avoid spending the night out in the cold we had to perilously climb down the railing to the pool area (all those doors were also locked and unstaffed); we then had to navigate a pitch black alley with an uneven path barefoot. We eventually found our way around the streets and were let back into our room at 3am. It is also very generous of you to consider the room we were given as an “upgrade” given that it wraps around your elevator shaft. This means that on top on being locked out in the cold and not being able to sleep at night, we were also waken up at the break of dawn by every movement of the elevator. I expect you to reconsider your approval process for our voucher with your quality control department and to forward them this email. I also expect to reach a reasonable solution. I paid for 2 nights in your hotel and 1 was already a nightmare. If you cannot give me a full refund of the 2 nights I at least expect a 2 night voucher as an opportunity for you to change my mind. If not you can expect future clients to read this one star review on your already 2.2/5 rated Trustpilot page.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast options were great, hotel staff were very helpful. The area was convenient, felt safe and was close to the seaside walkway, buses, ferry and train station.
