Santa Monica Beach Suite. Off street parking and walking distance to everything!

This was the perfect apartment for our 5 day trip to Santa Monica. The property was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was like home from home. The parking space was convenient for our time there. The area was quite which was great. It was only a few blocks from the night life and the beach. Which was great and just what we wanted. Would highly recomend this property.

Brian and Karen were great hosts! The condo had a million special touches (snacks, wine, water, umbrellas, and plenty of amenities). We would love to stay here again next year, thank you!

The apartment was clean and a short walk from lots of restaurants. The hosts were great - thanks for the bottle of wine, too!

The apartment is spacious. There’s plenty of room for 2 people. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. Karina and Brian are highly responsive. We were very happy with our stay and would consider renting from them again next time we visit the area.

The VRBO was exactly as described in the app. Clean, neat, comfortable and a safe area. Karina and Brain were awesome and check in out was easy.

Host was welcoming. Bed was comfortable. The VRBO was in a nice neighborhood and location.

Just as advertised, clean and uncluttered, off street parking made things easy. Also quite walkable to beach and farmers market, lovely neighborhood. Walked to Piccolos for dinner, highly recommend.

This apartment was wonderful. The hosts made us feel truly welcome with little snacks, a bottle of wine and refilled water filter container. If we ever go back then we will be staying here! What a wonderful trip
