Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

the only great thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the bed is quite dirty and the toilet window is broken. Drainage system is not good as well, making it “flood” during taking shower.

The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

This is a rare hotel that makes people angry. The facilities are old, the walls are not soundproof at all, and the voices in the corridor are clear, not to mention the loud singing downstairs in the middle of the night. Don't even think about going to bed before 1 o'clock every day. There is almost no WiFi, and the connection is either very slow or disconnected after a while. No one cleans the room every day! There is no reservation for sports facilities at all, and those who can be reserved need to pay extra. The front desk is inefficient, and the check-in time exceeds 40 minutes. They would rather answer the phone than answer people. The funniest thing is that it is clearly three stars (shown at the door) but it hypnotizes itself that it is four stars.

Great location, really clean hotel. We went half board and found a lovely variety of food daily. Thank you to the Waiters (especially Edu) and a very big thank you to the Wonderful Kids Entertainer Viktor. He kept our kids very happy throughout our 8 day stay.

We've just returned from another fab stay here. Love this hotel. The sea view is amazing and the pool and surrounding areas large and clean. It as busy but we never struggled to find loungers or seats. We tried half board this time and it was worth it. The food was beautiful a great mixture of things to try. Only issue we had the whole week was the lifts. One was out of order a number of times and the other had a mnd of its own. Being on the 7th floor this was a nightmare. Would also love a 2 bedroom option for future stays
