Hotel Casablanca

Had a very nice 5-day stay. Clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast and a nice pool area with a bar serving drinks and snakcs. All-in-all a nice hotel and a service minded and nice staff.

This place was so much better than expected great vaue for money. Stayed as part of a package with TUI from Leeds. Great location on quiet street but vsry close to the beach and cars, restaurants and shops. Plenty of choice for breakfast and everyone we came a ross who worked there was pleasnt and helpful. The whole place was clean water was hot and both pools where good

Went B&B. Not disappointed at all. One of the cleanest and most friendly places we have stayed at. Pool area was very relaxed with a great little pool bar. Great location within easy walking distance of the resort centre.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and it was every bit as good as I remembered. The restaurant is one of the calmist I've ever been in, not loads of choice as a vegetarian but I certainly didn't go hungry. Lovely staff, very friendly and obliging. There are 53 steps down to the pool which means there are 53 back up lol, that was hard work. We happened to arrive as it was festival week, no problem Sunday to Thursday but Friday and Saturday it went on until 5.30am, nearly drove us mad. There is no fridge in the room and it was 45 euros to rent one 😬 also 5 euros each for a pool towell with 10 deposit, you only got the deposit back. All in all we had a lovely break at this lovely hotel x

Fantastic hotel and staff, upon arrival we were swiftly checked in and then they had plated some food even though we arrived after the restaurant had closed. The food was spot on with a wide selection to choose from, great presentation and really good quality throughout the breakfast and evening meals ( we were 1/2 board ). The rooms are nice, and hotel facilities are lovely. Definitely will be going back. Thanks for a lovely break.

Very clean hotel , food was excellent , being a coeliac it was a bit limited but I was given gluten free rolls and talked with chef about the dishes , the waitresses were the best , they were just wonderful , Charo, Sandra, Cynthia and Tracey , you made our holiday complete also Ramon too , my only criticism was the music , would love to hear some Spanish music ! And it would be lovely to have a kettle and milk in the rooms . I will come again ❤️ Nos vemos muy pronto ❤️

I don’t normally do reviews but considering some of what I read before going to thought it best I do… It’s a 3 star ⭐️ rating hotel & apartments … it’s top range for its 3 stars.. Well kept & staff do their upmost best to keep standards high.. They greet you on every landing without being intrusive.. More than helpful.. Breakfast has everything you need even chia seeds which is handy when your bowel forgets to work aboard… Evening food is fresh & different every night on main courses… ( meatballs aren’t the best but everything else 👌🏻 perfect.. From receptionists to lifeguard all take their jobs seriously… If you want to chill in nice place this is it.. There are many steps down to pool but I enjoy this bit workout 🏋️‍♀️… Beds are comfortable.. our room 509 nice views but little small for 3 of us… we did stay in them long so it did the job.. My husband had some online meetings & mid week Internet wasn’t great but did affect me.. If you want peace this your place.., Spotless clean… Make sure you jump a bus to Palma beautiful city with loads to see & we went to dragon island boat trip…👍🏻 I visited the Drach caves lady at receptionist booked for us.. Good…

Great hotel Good location There are stairs and hills in the area (if you struggle to walk) Very clean Very nice Breakfast was good but with more attention it could be better Hotel should take down passive aggressive notes on the ac machines and about the towels. Also one person maybe the manager is very strict but is accommodating but makes sure that you are aware of the favour or thing he is doing (if you ask for ice he says just this once etc water machine in the restaurant can’t fill up bottle when closed even though it’s simple) holiday experience is lacked therefore. Paying for the fridge isn’t ideal it’s tight considering it’s not a cheap holiday and guests are at the forefront of the holiday/business surely. Overall very good holiday I would go back just little aspect staff are helpful just that factor mentioned.

Had a great relaxing family holiday in Santa Ponca, the accommodation, food and people at the hotel Casablanca was just perfect for our family which included a 13 year old and an autistic 9 year old.. The hotel had a good mix of nationality’s of all age ranges, close walking distance to the beach, cafes & nightlife & far enough away to not be disturbed by any of it… Wifi is available throughout the hotel a must for a family these days, as is the air on, there are plenty of Sunbeds, and shade & areas around the pools which also has a lifeguard (the pool toilet & changing rooms are spotless & lovely something many hotels take forgranted ). The bed rooms also had a TV and were cleaned everyday All The staff are excellent. The food is buffet style with loads of variety each time which they seem to ensure changes everyday so it’s not Groundhog Day with the food choice The only slight negative would be the price of drinks in the hotel expect to pay €8.5 for a large Sangria, wine or short & €4.5 for a 🍺 but obviously drinks are cheaper in resort along the ***** Just an additional note that if your not good with stairs then this place isn’t for you as although there are lifts from ground floor to 2nd floor the pool area is on minus 3 floor and only accessible via lots of steps Thank you for an enjoyable Holiday
