Good location to airport and hotel has FREE shuttle service! Staff very friendly and room service good but a bit pricy. Nonetheless, all-in-all a good experience.

Good hotel, a little old and rooms could be cleaner. Ok customer service. Excessive pet fee of 50. Dining options around convenient and walkable.

I had a long week and was looking forward to a decent night's sleep. The group that checked in to the room next door to me were loud and rowdy until the wee hours of the morning. They were yelling, laughing, talking very loudly, kids running up and down the halls. When I called the front desk a number of times, nobody answered. In fact, none of the marked buttons on the phone for guest services, reservations, room service, etc, worked. I got up and tried calling an 800 number I was given to combine my two Hilton Honors accounts and it was outside of business hours. I had no sleep that night and paid $300 for my room. Needless to say, I was very disappointed at my stay at this Hilton and will think twice about booking with them again. The staff were very professional and friendly, which I appreciated very much. However, sleep is really important to me and the fact that I could not reach staff when I needed their help was enormously frustrating.

Very friendly staff, I had my dog with me and everyone was receptive to her, and helpful. Very nice location and I was able to walk around the property and take my dog. Very nice environment, very easy to the airport but very quiet too.

We had a restful night and nice breakfast. The carpet by the elevators is either a different color or very dirty. (It was much darker.)
Indoor pool and spa were not relaxing due to bright lights and being too warm inside the space. Ventilation was needed.

The Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport was the half-way point on our trip. The facilities and room are good, like other Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at, but the staff and service here were outstanding. Very attentive, polite, professional. Made our short stay that much more enjoyable.
