Best Three Star Hotels in Santa Rosa

The place is super clean and all amenities are properly working. A little bit concerned about the water dispensers on the 3rd floor since it's leaking, good thing it was placed where there is a drain. All the staff and receptionist are attentive, friendly, and attends to our needs swiftly. The guard would even contact a tricycle rider, if you need a trike going to Nuvali, Solenad 2, EK, or Balibago. The fare fee was around 200php max. All in all, great location as well, since there are coffee shops and The Marketplace store nearby. Anytime fitness was also nearby behing the hotel. Hope this review helps!

We were looking forward to stay here because it is one of the popular hotel in the area. The rooms are quite pricey, almost same level of some hotels in Manila. However I am quite disappointed because I feel like the price is not justified with the facilities. The room itself is quite old. Good thing the bed was very nice. The wifi sucked, the wifi at nearby motel is actually better than here. The buffet breakfast is very nice though, with decent choices. There was a water dispenser in the floor but during our stay it was not refilled. The personnel are very polite. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Food breakfast was meh not so great. Parking always full but they have an extra parking space but need to walk far. We ordered 2 single beds in one room but only got 1 king size bed, apparently they “upgraded” us to a suite room but suite rooms dont offer separate beds. Overall a great experience still.

My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.

Cons: 1. The hotel room and facilities are quite old. Maybe its about time to replace the wallpapers in the rooms, the tables on the dining area on the ground floor. Things like that. 2. We stayed in the 7th floor, which is the top most next to the penthouse. The penthouse, I believe, is a ******. There were times I could here tables being moved upstairs, not sure, but there were noises coming from upstairs. 3. There were two of us who stayed in the same room but only got one keycard. 4. The water from the shower, although already set into HOT, would suddenly switch to normal water temperature then cold then hot again. 5. No safety feature in the big window in our room, which means we could entirely open it wide. Its a risk especially when there's a child. Pros 1. Towels are clean and appears new, sheets are clean. Bed is comfy. 2. Hotel staffs were nice and accomodating. 3. The buffet breakfast is good. Love the pasta. Maybe they could expand the place, though. 4. Nice location. Its accesible. Its near a hospital and a mall. 5. Smooth check-in/check-out. Although they didn't double checked if there were belongings left behind in our room. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights btw. Would I come back if the need arises? Maybe.

Booked on Aug. 31, 2019 because it was raining hard and we can't drive home from Enchanted Kingdom to Antipolo, since we are also wet. I booked around 8:30 pm and luckily they still have a garage room which is perfect for us since we have to secure our car too. We arrive around 9:30pm, we are escorted by their accommodating staffs, I just said my name and that I booked at Trip.com and I do not to explain further. Awesome! The room and amenities: - clean - clean smell - clean sheets - queen bed - 2 disposable toothbrush - very small toothpaste - 2 small soaps - 1 shampoo with conditioner (winner! 5/5) - 1 tissue roll - 2 clean smelling bath towels - tv with cable - 2 chairs and table where you can have your meal - shower has warm water - shower needs to be improved - 2 pairs of slippers, which should need to be improved too The food: Clubhouse 3/5 - it was good but nothing special Chocolate Shake 3/5 - find it too sugary but its ok. The service was fast, everytime we call, it was entertained and quickly done. Except when we checked out and asked for the bill of our food. Thank you. As the title says, I arrived an hour early for the 2pm check in and requested for an early check in. The staff + supervisor wouldn’t let me. So I asked how much I need to add to be accommodated for an early check in -I was immediately given my room card. So despite the room being available, they wouldn’t let me have an early check in even for a mere hour. Everything was all about money. My sleep quality in the deluxe room was terrible as I could hear the TV and the loud music from the other room all night long. The sound proofing was terrible. I ordered room service food (yang chow for P120) and the one served to me didn’t look anywhere near the yang chow from the photo in the menu. It tasted like I was eating plain rice (kinda looked like burnt rice, not yang chow at all). I could have ordered plain rice for P40 instead of wasting P120 on a yang chow that didn’t look and taste anything like yang chow. I’ve always checked in here during Xmas and New Year but this has by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here.
