We asked her if there was lactose-free milk in the cafeteria (since I'm ALLERGIC) she told me yes and that they had all kinds of milk (lactose-free, soya...). On the morning of the 31st, we went down for breakfast, and after waiting, I'm not exaggerating, 15 minutes for two coffees, my partner ordered a normal one and another LACTOSE-FREE, because as I said, I'm allergic. The waiter must be that he does not know what lactose-free milk is, and has decided to put SKIMMED milk, (it must be that it is Skimmed because he thinks it does not contain lactose). I was outside, at the tables that they have at the entrance of the hotel, and I have not realized what happened, but my partner who was ordering at the bar, and is usually very aware of this (because it causes anaphylactic shock to a allergic person can be life-threatening) he realized and quickly told the waiter that this was not lactose-free milk and the waiter replied: it is skimmed. Anyway, I had to ask the girl at the reception (this time it was different) and I asked her for a claim form. The girl tells me that her partner must not have understood the meaning of lactose-free, but that he did not do it with bad intentions. I have explained to him that I do not doubt that he did it on purpose, but that a mistake like this in a person who cannot take LACTOSE can put his life in danger. I don't pay 90 euros for a hotel for one night and 9 euros for a breakfast that they couldn't even give me lactose-free milk. SHAMEFUL What happened today at the San Millán hotel. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Hotel on the outskirts of Santander, easy access by car. Outdoor parking in the hotel grounds free and spacious, we always find a place. Very large, clean room with a blind (something that is appreciated for a night's rest). Large bathroom with bathtub. Buffet breakfast, varied, well prepared, sufficient. There are high chairs for children Free gym (we did not use it) It has a paid Spa, not included in the price of the room. €10 person/night. (We did not use it). In short, a comfortable, quiet, transit hotel to move around by car.

Average hotel with a good gym but with terrible attention in the gym from both the receptionists and the monitors. They only pay attention to the people they fancy and it seems that young people are annoying.

Hotel de tres estrellas con restaurante y gimnasio. Pasamos una noche en viaje de negocios. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen un tamaño adecuado. Lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos por la noche. Aparcamiento propio, menú de cena por 14 euros y un pequeño spa.

No creo que se merezca las 3 estrellas. No esperaba un gran hotel, pero me decepcionó mucho. Personal antipático y grosero. Todo muy antiguo, en especial el baño. No había enchufes junto a las mesitas de noche, la televisión no funcionaba y nadie vino a arreglarla. Faltaba la limpieza, había arañas en las persianas y un pelo en el baño. no volveremos Al gerente no le importa porque nuestra queja no importó debido al personal de recepción. No quisieron reenviar nuestra queja. Muy mal servicio y demasiado caro para eso. Mejor reserva un buen hostal!!!

Hemos estado 2 noches en este hotel El hotel en si es bastante viejo necesitaría mejoras Cerca del parque natural de cabarceno y cerca de Santander la situación es buena La atención del personal también es buena la habitación y las camas bastante mejorables pero no está mal Lo único malo es q esta el gimnasio del pueblo en el hotel y la música esta a todo volumen
