To call it bad is little. I had read previous reviews, but I was expecting at least something decent given the 95 euros a night paid for a double. Tiny bathroom, this is the least if it were not for the fact that it is also dangerous, especially the shower from which you can not even get out as it is attached to the toilet. (it is not even possible to put the shower rail on the floor) On the sink there is a chipped and wobbly glass shelf, but the top remains the BARS on the window that overlook a filthy internal patio. Let's not talk about the TV attached to the wall where the only opening door of the window slams (obviously there is no air conditioning) .... terrifying value for money!

Nosotros solo utilizamos el estudio para dormir pero si lo alquilan para cocinar,deberían instalar un extractor. Las paredes no tienen insonorización y una madrugada una pareja nos despertó a las 4:00 de la madrugada intimando y parecía que estaban en nuestra cama,muy desagradable la situación por la falta insonorización. Gracias a dios que no había mucha gente en el mes de Noviembre ya que si hubiera estado lleno,no hubiera podido dormir por los ruidos. Agradecer a la chica de limpieza por guardar mi anillo que se me cayó en la habitación,muchas gracias!!!!! Mi puntuación sería de 7 sobre 10.

El apartamento aparte de minúsculo está súper sucio. Estuvimos 3 noches, en ese espacio de tiempo nos encontramos toallas sucias sin haber sido utilizadas aún ( no se cambiaron) , cucharachas y un apartamento en el que no había aire acondicionado ni ventilación. Hay que destacar que estuvimos en agosto, por ello había que abrir las ventanas y te encontrabas todo tipo de amigos. Es por ello, que no recomiendo ni recomendaré nunca este establecimiento , es más , si alguien pregunta, les indicaré lo que se pueden encontrar. Si tenéis pensado ver Santander y no hay más establecimientos que este, por favor, mirarlo desde el televisor.

Bien ubicados aunque no os imaginéis que sea puro centro Santander. Por 3 noches pagué 148.30€; sinceramente no volvería pues no sentí que fueran apartamentos cuidados y mantenidos a medio-largo plazo; tampoco estoy de acuerdo con las opiniones tan sumamente negativas que he ido leyendo por diferentes portales y tampoco positivisima con intención de volver. Básicamente… estuvo Ok pues al ser un grupo grande de amigas era lo más rentable y cómodo (no encontramos pisos e íbamos en la semana grande de Santander). Por las fotos os haréis una idea 💡 seguro.
