It's clean, and the staff are friendly.
There is a university nearby, and the lake is beautiful.
It's about 15 minutes from Santiago Cathedral, so it's not bad to come and go and it's quiet.

酒店位置有點偏，走到大教堂需要近20分鐘，好在體量大，停車場方便。酒店裝修、設施看上去有些陳舊了，周邊環境還不錯。

I believe the "5 Star" starus should be revised for this particular NH Collection in Santiago de Compostela. The hotel facility is a bit beat up. Old carpets with mold smell, lack of amenities in the rooms, old fashion tv and minibar, lack of proper air conditioning inside the room (one has to open the windows to regulate the internal temperature), breakfast is just ok (it lacks good quality food, like better fruits,cheese, honey, salman etc.)
