I had a 2-night trip to Santiago. The main negative point was that the shower eas cold for both nights. I called the reception and they said that would restart the gas heating, but it didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean but towels were old.
Location: good, there are restaurants in a walking distance. Costanera mall is 2km away.
Breakfast: I did not have time to try - they start serving at 7:30 am, and for the day-trips I had to leave early (around 6/ 6:30).

Front desk people were very nice and friendly. Location is fine. Subway station near and restaurants being couple of blocks away. But the rooms are really small. For this price, I would expect something more spacious. Loundry services they offer are available for a fraction of price just couple of streets away.

The hotel was really outdated. We had booked 2 night stay but we checked out after 1 night because the rooms were very small, bathroom extremely small, very old rooms, couldnt find AC remote, no hot water kettle or microwave. Breakfast was very basic- the croissants and baked items were dry and cold.

Nice little boutique hotel. Not a lot of amenities like a spa but the room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in a nice neighborhood very near the metro. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Very safe and clean. Rooms are comfortable and fairly new. We went to Santiago for business and this hotel was located very conveniently for us. We were worried about how they handled all covid related cleaning but honestly everything was very professional and handled in a diligently fashion.

Generally good, except for the bed, I paid for a Queen bed and the truth is they weren't, it was even a little smaller than the 2-seater. That was the only negative

The bad thing first The hotel facilities are bad, the refrigerators in the rooms make noise, so we unplugged them and the next day the floor woke up all wet. The air conditioning in our room is in the window so we couldn't close the curtain so in the morning at dawn the light was already hitting our faces, we closed the curtain and we died of heat. The good thing is the excellent attention we received from the two very kind and friendly receptionists and it is the only thing I can save about the hotel. Daniel was called a very nice, kind and loving one. The person who helped us at night, I don't know his name, but he was also very kind. Cleanliness was good in the hotel. As a recommendation to the hotel, I would tell them to keep the refrigerators unplugged so they save electricity and if a passenger needs them, they can leave a note saying that they have the option of plugging them in.

Terrible attention, my friend had an accident and 0 help, she broke the bone in 4 parts of her leg and they were not able to do anything, in the accident the key to the room was lost and they did not say "mmm that costs 25 thousand" They said 1 to 3 hours an ambulance will arrive so we had to ask for an Uber since she couldn't handle the pain anymore. When we got to the Uber they weren't even able to help us get her into the car since she's bigger. that we, at that moment I was so angry that I told them to which they responded “that is not our job.”
