Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to the Plaza de Armas, the central area and the park. The room is also good, especially the breakfast. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful! A very good experience!

This Mercure is located in the center of the old city. The advantage is that many surrounding tourist attractions such as the Plaza de Armas are within a ten-minute walk.
