The room was very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfy and the shower was also very nice. The TV has Roku installed so you can watch a few different streaming services. The only not so good thing is that it was very noisy during the morning, be it other guests or the hotel's staff. Overall I really recommend this place! I'll stay again next time I visit Santiago

Good hotel. Location just ok.

It’s very outdated building and it’s certainly not worth of its cost. The breakfast only a coffee with toast. And room is dirty and the bedsheets are old and smelly. Bad one !!!

Pretty cozy in the centre of Santiago.Conveniente for turists.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, you can leave your luggage for a few days. Slow staff at breakfast, for some reason you can't pick anything up yourself, they give it out in portions)))
