I had a wonderful night in the hotel, clean, the staff was very attentive Yulissa the frint dest receptionist was very kind and help me with a special request. The restaurant persinal was wonderful too. Overall I recommend this place if you ever want to spend fww days.

This hotel is under construction, very noisy, no elevator, temporary wood stairs, good breakfast room, on site disco, not friendly/customer oriented.

They were nice when we arrived. Told us complimentary drinks and snacks but we’re charged for beverage’s we didn’t drink. The property and rooms were not what we expected. The web site photo shops it’s rooms and property. No where as nice as the pictures represent, there’s no fountain!! The over charged me!

We always stay at this hotel when coming to Santiago . A very pretty hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable and clean.
