The inn is very very nice, and everything is very well kept and clean. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The treatment of the staff is also unbeatable. The location is very good because you can get there by car but it is a 3-minute walk from the town centre; they have 5 parking spaces, but if not you can leave the car on the street without any problems.

Very charming hotel, quiet and close to the heart of the village with free public parking in front of the establishment. The welcome is pleasant, and the room comfortable with adjoining bathroom (shower) modern and spacious, impeccably clean.

A total success. Excellent value for money. We chose a room that turned out to be on a completely renovated floor. The surroundings were fantastic. The location was two minutes walk from the historic centre, although in Santillana there are not great distances, just a short walk from everything. Normally, in the surroundings, there is always some free parking space; despite this, the inn has its own free parking (we were always able to leave it in the inn's parking lot). The room was new, modern, of good dimensions, good bathroom and, above all, everything was very clean. The cleanliness is noticeable even in the accesses to the room (garden entrance, porch, stairs) and, in addition, with a decoration and details of good taste and pleasantness. I must say that this is the first time I have rated the experience with a 5.

Everything was great. 100% recommendable for location, cleanliness, comfort...and exquisite human treatment. It is a charming place. We have been there twice and we will definitely return. We felt at home. Thank you very much for everything.

Fantástica opción por varios motivos. Ubicación frente a un hermoso parque con árboles centenarios, habitaciones espaciosas bien provistas y unos dueños encantadores. Se nota que es una casa acogedora, no un frío hotel.

Pocas veces encuentras en tu mundo viajero un lugar en que te sientas tan a gusto como en casa. La posada Araceli es este lugar. Tiene este encanto de las casas auténticas con una esmerada decoración, en un lugar ya de por sí encantador. Su situación en Santillana es excelente, la limpieza en general y particularmente en la habitación es extrema. Todo meticulosamente ordenado y cómodo: la cama, el baño, el espacio... Una especial mención merece la atención del personal de la posada. Coral, una persona entrañable y encantadora siempre dispuesta a ayudarte. Carlos, con quien tuve más relación, es de estas persones que quisieras encontrar siempre en tus estancias fuera de casa. Extremadamente amable y siempre dispuesto a aconsejarte, ya sea en las rutas por la zona como los mejores lugares para ir a comer en cada ruta. Ha sido un verdadero placer conocerte. Muchas gracias a todos por haber hecho de nuestra estancia de seis días en Santillana del Mar un recuerdo inolvidable.

Posada Araceli è un'ottima scelta per visitare la Cantabria. È pochi passi da centro storico di Santillana de Mar. Ottima accoglienza , pulizia, servizi e disponibilità del personale.

Nos hemos alojado dos noches, y ha sido perfecto, nos atendió Coral, un encanto,nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y nos aconsejó donde podíamos ir a comet todo perfecto sin ningún pero, la limpieza un diez, si volvemos a Santillana no dudaríamos en alojarnos en el mismo lugar
