We booked their cheapest rooms for an overnight stay and see if we can extend so we can explore Albay. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Standard Room with early check-in. Room was pleasant and clean, though a bit dated. Sheets were clean and smelled nice, and extra pillows and swim towels were provided upon request. Wifi was fast and works well for my zoom meetings.

 Room service available 24 hoursand food is good - highlights are lomi, Bicol express, ginataang manok, and pinangat. My family and I agree the food here is some of the best we’ve had in this trip. Breakfast was also included in room rate and it was ok, but portions are small. As for facilities, there is not much to do inside the resort. I wish they offered activities because the location is nice. However for what you pay, you’re getting amazing value for money. Swimming pool was fun to use because it had seawater. We extended our stay for two nights. We couldn't upgrade to the Pool Villa because it was fully booked during our visit. Pleasantly surprised with this discovery. Highly recommended.

The perfect weekend getaway! We had an amazing time at Costa Palmera Resort, the place is peaceful, clean, and has the perfect mix of nature and comfort. The saltwater pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the stunning view of Mayon Volcano right from our villa. Staff were always kind and accommodating. We’ll definitely come back for another family escape!

I love their excellent food like pansit gisado, lumpiang shanghai, fresh seafood like sizzling tanigue, grilled tuna belly, kinilaw na isda and must-try Bicolano specialties like pinangat and bicol express. The affordable rates that offer fantastic value for money without compromising comfort is what truly sets it apart. We stayed at Costa Palmera Resort to celebrate a special occasion with the family, and it was a fantastic experience. We booked the Pool Villa, which came with a private pool and a stunning view of the sea. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. The staff were excellent—friendly, approachable, and quick to assist with our requests. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We booked the pool villa with our very own pool and a clear view of the sea. The room was very clean and cozy and it was just a great experience for me and my family. The staff was very eager to indulge our requests and we really appreciated it. They also have a restaurant that offers good food with really affordable prices. My favorites were the Lumpiang Shanghai and Lomi. The best Lomi in Albay, in my opinion. I also loved swimming in their sea-water pool. It was so refreshing and I was also able to do some laps. Overall, Costa Palmera is the Best resort in Sto. Domingo and would definitely recommend for everyone to visit. Kudos to the Costa Palmera management for accomodating us.

It is not Misibis level luxury, if that’s what you’re expecting for but you will get your money’s worth (still wont break the bank unlike misibis) but this is a comfortable, full-service resort that you can escape to. Located conveniently 20-30 min from downtown Legazpi City, it’s perfectly situated to get a full view of the ocean and of course the Mayon Volcano. You can even enjoy some water activities at the resort like snorkeling. Ask the manager about things to do or where to go or even about hosting an event, you will be pleasantly pleased.

The staff and the owners would go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Make sure to book the rooms with the view of the ocean. Food is also good! We also go there for random lunches or dinners with friends, just to hang out and chill by the beach. Would definitely go back!

Had a really memorable stay in this resort. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to my requests. The room that I stayed in was comfortable. Big serving and tasty meals as well. Their pool was just scenic! Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Bicol. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Decent food - must try pancit and fried chicken! Resort is not far from the city. I would highly recommend for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free!

The people assisting us were very accommodating even really late at night when we arrived (we came from Manila by car). Food's good with HUGE servings. Salt water pool was clean and swimming was such a treat (I was told they drain and replenish the salt water everyday). Parking is not a problem at all. I generally enjoyed my stay. Will come back again to see the Mayon Volcano because we weren't able to see it during our stay because of the bad weather.
