Good location in the heart of the old town. Close to as ll the sights. Parking garage is a plus, if it is not full (small). Can be a but tight. O.k. Breakfast. Nice roof top bar. Rec room is tiny. Rooms in the old wing are small

Nice please with kindly staff. Near to restaurants and historical sites like the Columbus park and El Conde street. Good breakfast and staff 24/7.

The windowless room we were assigned had an undersized air conditioner that only managed to cool a small portion of the space.

Everything was amazing. I had a problem and the hotel helped resolve it. Even though the hotel water had issues, they duly apologised to everyone and reiterated that they were working on it. Great service.

One of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel. Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional. The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history. Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything. Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices. Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of "El Conde" or "Zona Colonial" where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking. Highly recommended 3/4* hotel with 5* service

I have been coming here since 2006 but this time surprise me. I have to extend one more night. The people , the service is amazing. The breakfast so delicious. Thanks guys

Good overall location and the refurbishment since the last time I stayed is a huge eye-opener. Good to see more investments going into the area El Conde as the place was going into decline.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

The location of the hotel is the best place to see the beautiful old city around. be very clean and kind

Very good location. Unfortunately, the room they offered me did not match the one in the photos shown on the website. The window was very small. They promised me a room change the next day but in the end they said they had no availability for the days I was staying at the hotel. On the other hand, the poor design of the shower causes the water to come out and flood the entire bathroom.

The hotel is a beautiful building located in the city centre close to the main tourist attractions. The rooftop is wonderful and it is a pleasure to enjoy breakfast there. The room was spacious and comfortable and very well soundproofed.

They changed us from a room with two double beds to two single rooms because there was no room. They looked for solutions, but it didn't suit me as a family of 4. The hotel is old, it is very well located and the staff could improve their customer service a little. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location, close to tourist sites, safe. Absolute comfort in the room, very clean. The attention and quality of guest service was unbeatable, especially from José Luis Montero, who helped us from the first minute. The stay was very pleasant.
