Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday a fantastic relaxing break 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. We have found ”our” hotel in the beautiful island of Santorini, see you in 2023 by God's Grace!🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Going in early April, the price of 2000, although it is also expensive, but compared with June and August, even if it is very favorable. We were two big and one small, and the child was 5 years old. The result was told that I could only stay 2, and then the child added 100 euros. After adding the money, we upgraded to the suite, which is very good. Breakfast was ordered on the previous night and explained the meal time. The next day, the waiter will be delivered on time, the variety is still rich, less points, or can not eat haha

Lia was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. If you ever want to hire a reliable employee with great customer service skills, look no further, Lia is your answer. My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it! The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin last month and I'm not sure we stayed at the same hotel as described by previous contributors. While the hotel is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful (a special shout out to Niki who was very very kind and offered much helpful advice and assistance) there are a couple of negatives. First and foremost, the hotel can only be accessed (at least when we were there) via very steep steps, so anyone with any disability or those who have mobility issues will likely have much difficulty navigating the steep descent to the hotel, even more so when having to climb up the incline when leaving the hotel. Another difficulty is the center of town is quite a walk from the hotel given a steep walk - great walking into town downhill, but rather a strenuous walk uphill - especially on the cobbled streets/pavements. Certainly no need to book time at the gym if you stay here! Another minor point: breakfast is included and it was kindly delivered to our room each morning; though it was fairly basic and was exactly the same each morning. While thankful for the meal, it would have been a nice touch to have changed the ingredients every now and again. Also, I'm not sure if it was due to the off-season or construction, but there was no bar, restaurant, lounge area etc. at the hotel during our stay. Also, during the time of our stay there was ongoing construction in very close proximity to the hotel, literally just feet away from our room, which meant many loud workers and machinery starting work around 7.30am. While I understand the need to do this work in the off-season, it would have been nice for the hotel to have given us notice of the disruption at the time of booking. And, given that donkeys were used to transport heavy material to and from the site, helpful to have given warning to take much care traversing the steep steps that were littered with donkey poop. While our stay was enjoyable and the staff pleasant and helpful, I'm afraid I will look for alternative accommodation when next we return to Santorini.

Recently just spent 3 nights at this fabulous hotel, and my friends and myself were completely blown away at this hotel. The views were amazing, the food was spectacular, and the rooms were very spacious. My friend and I had a big suite with multiple rooms and we had our own private hot tub where we spent lots of time at. There are 5 pools spread around the hotel, but the best pool is the main pool by the bar/restaurant. The drinks and food there were very filling and delicious. But the best part of that pool is the pool staff. Our bartender, Marios, was attentive and kept our drinks coming. Vasilis, our pool staff, was very accommodating to us when we had our own day bed. And Maria, who is from the Ukraine, is simply the nicest, sweetest person I've ever met as well as the most beautiful woman i've known. The staff and their attention to details is what makes this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning!

The location of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the town of Yiya is just outside the door, and you can check in the blue-roofed church in the hotel. The hotel has a private location at the best sunset point for hotel guests to watch the sunset. It takes 5 minutes to walk there. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Nice swimming pool. The owners -Popy and her husband, also the staff really made my holiday special. Everyone seems so happy working here which made my stay even more enjoyable. It made me feel like home from home and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and the best experience I had here in Santorini. They have also a very nice restaurant, a terrace outside with views and very good prices. In particular I would recommend the very varied breakfasts. I was gifted a bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble here There is option of Airport and Port transfers at a fee On arrival I had lost my suitcase, Popy and her husband managed to trace my suitcase. My plane was cancelled and I was also given another reservation, even though it was late in the evening. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Cheap, very good location (just near to the Fira Bus Station), friendly staff. I could leave my luggage before check in time, even after checking out! I spent a night here, met some nice travelers, unfortunately they played music loudly until almost midnight. But it's okay as they stopped right at midnight so I could sleep well eventually. Overall, the hostel was good, although the room was kinda old (also the air cond, but it worked well). For me, it was just worth the price.

We stay with a friend and the experience was superb! Its location in Oia was amazing! Elsa at the front desk was super friendly and eager to help us with everything that we needed: from getting a taxi for us and reserving a yacht tour to even helping my friend surprise me with a birthday cake. This is the best of the three hotels in the Holy Island (24 in total). The price is around 5k. But this is far better than the other two (canaves oia sunday suites and pegasus spa suites) The detached suite has a garden with two floors, one bedroom and one living room on each floor, which can accommodate four people: the first floor bedroom has a good view of the pool and the base bedroom space has a large view of the bottom of the pool. Champagne is delivered, as if the Santorini suite hotel will deliver champagne. The waiter's attitude did not say very well, the boxes and bags will be delivered to the room after you check in. Breakfast is different every day. Fruits are quite rich but the taste varies from person to person. The pool is small enough for a small, plunge pool that can only be considered a bath. Check out the next day to the canaves oia sunday suites to let the hotel call the car, Mercedes-Benz V, free (probably because the two are the same company) If I come with my parents or a friend next time, I still live in this store.

The accomodation is not the most luxurious you'll ever find but, by Greek standards, it's very good. The water pressure is a little inconsistent - I found myself covered head to toe in soap wondering just when the water was going to come out of the shower again - but that just adds to the charm really. Cleaning - excellent. Beds - very comfortable. Pool - decent size and there was always a couple of free sunbeds available. The fact that they're right outside the rooms makes for a bit of territorial battle but it's all in the head and nothing said. Then we come to Sissi, Angelo, Gabby, Chris and Eirene. Absolutely the very best hosts we have ever stayed with in any hotel anywhere. If you're a very private person then you might struggle a bit, but they just open up to you and welcome you into the family. So much so that it was Angelo's birthday on the Sunday while we were there and all guests were invited to a barbeque served on the bar. While we were there we met couples that have been returning year on year for up to twenty years. I can really see why. If we ever come back to Perissa then there's absolutely no question where we will be staying.

Breakfast is very rich, I can't eat breakfast abroad, but there are many things. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools. The only thing I can't stand is that the water in the room is a bit salty. It may be because of the island's reason. Go out. There are supermarkets in a few minutes, what is super cheap to buy water, outside 1 euro, 2 euros, supermarkets as long as a few points, then a few minutes is a lot of shops in the business district, as well as the bus terminal, take a bus terminal is the black sand beach, Very convenient, it seems that there are still 3 Euros per person, but I forgot it, it is very cheap, I can also take the bus to Oia Town. In short, it is very convenient. Moreover, the view from the entrance of the hotel is very good. From the hotel, you can walk to the Blue Top Church for up to 20 minutes along the main road.

The host is the best! He was very hospitable, helped us a lot with our itinerary and transportation, also helped us store our luggage, and even lent the bathroom for us to shower even after check out. The room is very clean, the bathroom is really big, the bathtub is the most comfortable I have ever used. There is a swimming pool outside the room for sunbathing and swimming in comfort. The breakfast also surprised me very much. It will be delivered to the room at 8 o'clock. It is delicious and sincere. If I have the chance to come back again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Firstly I wouldn't trust most of the 5 star reviews on here as there is actually a sign in reception to say that an extended check out will be granted if a positive tripadvisor review is left. Now about the studio Positives Good location Negatives They don't offer to 'clean' your room unless a request is made before 11am, despite being committed to enhanced cleaning on the third party website we booked through. This means no toilet bins being emptied, no toilets being cleaned etc. Trust me, the studio is that small that you need if cleaned regularly. They also didn't inform us of this policy until it was too late for the studio to be cleaned on day 2. When the room was finally 'cleaned' on the 3rd morning, fresh bedding was not provided despite a request for them to do so. They simply re used the same sheets. How do we know this? Because the stains that were on the sheets when we first arrived  were still on there by day 3. When we confronted reception about this no apology was given. Enhanced cleaning?! The shower holder was broken before we even checked in, and the toilet didnt flush either. Surely something that should have been spotted during the time they turn the room around for new guests? There are signs everywhere you look detailing a list of fines if anything is broken. Mattress €650, cup €3, chair €20 etc. It feels like you're in an 18-30 hotel not a €200 a night traditional Greek studio. Reception were actually waiting for us to arrive back one evening with the towels that we had asked them to clean for us. They then went on to accuse us of getting make up on the towels, embarrassing us in front of the other guests. Bear in mind that the towels were already stained when we arrived and even if they hadn't been, what exactly do they expect a towel to look like after 3 days of use? The sunbeds were a disgrace, absolutely filthy, to the point that we didn't want to even touch them. We hated our stay that much that we checked out 3 days into a 5 night stay. We've detailed all of these issues to the owners and have not even received so much as an apology. The two hotels we subsequently stayed in (in Kamari and Pyrgos) were not only cheaper than Anny studios but 300% better. So the message is, avoid Anny studios and shop around. There is so much better out there.

We had to postpone our holidays in Greece between June and July 2020. Among the bookings there was one night at Hotel Asimina, prepaid on booking.com; given the situation, we asked if it was possible to have a reduced penalty or, better, a voucher to spend in the future. The hotel has accepted to cancel the reservation and has paid us 100% of the amount, although we are not obliged to do so ! Excellent service, for the next holiday we will book from them in a quiet way.

I am so satisfied with this hotel. The landlady gave me a gift before I left. The view of the sunset is absolutely top-notch. I stood on the balcony and looked down. The tourists all looked up at me. Foreigners praised me for being beautiful and even gave me a gift. I took pictures and the scenery was so beautiful. I will still choose this hotel next time I go to Santorini. You get what you pay for. It’s definitely worth the money you spend. Thank you again, the boss. The only thing you should note is that it can accommodate two people. Bring a Children over 12 years old need to pay extra, 80 euros per night

The hotel has a great environment and the infinity pool is superb, but unfortunately there is no time to experience it. The hotel itself is a scene, you can stay in the hotel for a few days, no matter where you go, no problem. First time in Santorini, stayed for 3 nights at Kafieris View.. it deserves the name as the views are incredible, felt like you were on top of the world and didn’t want to come down. Was worth it for the view alone but in addition: pool was refreshing and we had rooftop pool area to ourselves almost always; our room was compact but easily enough space for two of us for three days, it was also clean with good air con and breakfast on the balcony each morning was the best way to start the day - great selection and enough to last us for lunch too! Yes the property is up a hill but it is an easy 10minute walk from everything you need and it was nice at the end of a busy day to come back up to peace and quiet. Nikos the owner was always friendly and helpful - sent us videos explaining where everything was as we arrived late and gave us great directions and recommendations of places to see and an excellent restaurant for dinner, contactable at any time. I loved Santorini and 3 days was not enough so I hope to come back and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is located in the center of Fira Town, on a cliff overlooking the Aegean Sea, 200 meters from the Blue Top Church and the surrounding transport, restaurants, car rentals, etc. All are white stone buildings, the breakfast room is on the outside terrace and the pool and terrace have very good views. The staff is warm and the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, it is recommended not to book an economy double room as much as possible as the windows are particularly small and not open to the outside. The windows face the corridor. The whole room is very humid, has no comfort and the area is particularly small. If economic conditions allow, it is better to book a superior room or a room with a sea view.

What can I say if you want to live inside of a painting, then you have found you go to spot! Obviously the Sunset is out of this world as each night there is a section for the entire resort to enjoy. From breakfast till evening you have an abundance of sites to indulge in! From breakfast at the rooftop, to Dips in your jacuzzi with mountains and seas surrounding your vision. This resort is the epitome of there is no place like home! Service is top notch and the local spots are just a treat. Being close to some of the other island amenities, this resort takes the cake, especially if you are looking for not so crowded locations to enjoy but still able to enjoy fun spots right outside your comfort zone! Fitness Wise, you have off site tracks to run, the island seems to have 1 gym, so you will need to be well versed in your fitness knowledge, so fitness wise for a non fitster 0 stars but for a fitster 5 stars as you really can get creative with what the environment can provide! A must go! I mean it’s Greece, get your butt over there and experience some life, you deserve it! Plus this is just another confirmation of why you are about to say yes!

Breakfast is very rich, I can't eat breakfast abroad, but there are many things. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools. The only thing I can't stand is that the water in the room is a bit salty. It may be because of the island's reason. Go out. In short, it is very convenient. Moreover, the view from the entrance of the hotel is very good. From the hotel, you can walk to the Blue Top Church for up to 20 minutes along the main road.

We stayed in this hotel in July for a week. The hotel is quite new and has a clean and pleasant swimming pool. The rooms are large and usually equipped with private balcony with a steam, table and chairs, TV (including Netflix), shower bathroom, small safe and mini-fridge. The cleaning is quite satisfactory and is done daily, together with the handbag exchange. Breakfast buffet, which was included in our offer, is discreet ... but I recommend you to make it out if you have to pay it separately. The location in Karterados is very comfortable (15 minutes walk from Fira or a few minutes by bus to take to the stop site about 200 mt from the hotel) and the costs are low.

My partner and I enjoyed this place very much. The facilities are great and the location is perfect for food, attractions and getting around the island. We got a nice room with a sea view balcony, perfect for romantic sunsets. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor area with a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is great and they try to cater to most everyone. You can even get your breakfast on platter and eat it outside by the pool. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful (true Greek hospitality). The receptionists will do their best to find the right information for you and accommodate your requests within reason. The ladies working at breakfast are so sweet. They receive you with a nice smile and explain everything. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel. Very unusual hotel room. The only problem is that it is so nice that yiu may not want to go out and stay in the room all the time. Just stay in, use the spa and watch the sea. Great breakfast on the balcony served in the morning. Nice restaurants right outside.. Finally, Kostas at the front desk is very friendly. We had a very memorable 2 nights at this place.
