Comfy stay with stunning view

How can this be a cliff hotel pool? It's a photo-scam trap! I spent a huge amount of money to book a cave suite because of the sea view pool and arched sea view windows (Figure 1) and the terrace with sea view (Figure 2) in the room type details on Ctrip. I wanted to have the same check-in photos as in the picture. As a result, I checked into the hotel after traveling thousands of miles to find that the swimming pool was hidden underground! It was pitch black! The arched windows also became small square windows, squeezing in some skylight, just like a water dungeon in a prison! Want to take a photo? The photos that came out were all eerie ghosts. The terrace in reality is completely different from the one in Figure 2, and it's impossible to take a photo. I flew all the way here just for this "Santorini style", but all my expectations were smashed by this broken swimming pool and terrace! I communicated with the hotel manager, and he said that if you book on booking, what you see is what you get, but if you book on Ctrip, you can only book the cave suite room type, not necessarily this kind of swimming pool, this kind of arched window, and this kind of terrace. Very speechless! This is not a promotional picture, it's clearly a scam! Doesn't the platform review seriously? The hotel is too good at fooling people, right? The good mood of vacation was ruined by this "underwater cage"!

We visited this place for our honeymoon, and although the price is really expensive, I think it is the place where you can enjoy the best view of Oia village. It was a pity that there was a lot of dust in the pool, but the water was clean enough to be counted among the best in Santorini, and all the services were friendly and convenient. I was very, very satisfied with the luxurious facilities and service, and I was able to have the most enjoyable experience during my trip.

In the innermost part of Oia, there is an independent swimming pool. You can wait for the sunset in the room. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated. The cave room is very spacious.

You can check in to the "Three Blue Domes" without leaving the hotel! Love his breakfast, great location and stunning views! welcome champagne feels like home!

I’ve wanted to come to Santorini for years. This was my dream place to stay. The views were amazing! So very stunning and enjoyed watching the views from my private jacuzzi. Before I came on the trip, I hurt my knee back at the gym. I decided not to cancel my trip and come on to Santorini because it was my dream. The staff was so helpful and helped me conquer the stairs. It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

We had the honour of staying at the Aspaki ‘Exclusive Hotel’ for our anniversary and it was beyond expectations at every single turn! We were welcomed promptly, with refreshing drinks and ideas presented for our daily itinerary and options. The staff had organised surprise treats for our anniversary (so kind), the room was so spacious, including a heated jacuzzi overlooking spectacular caldera views. We could see the famous blue domes from our balcony, which was also a truly memorable breakfast setting. The breakfast was delicious, filling and had healthy options. The staff were so, so friendly and helpful, the food delicious, the views remarkable, the setting serene that we honestly didn’t want to leave!! Here are some of our other plus pointers; - The room we stayed in was spacious and quiet (cave room). This might not be the case if you are located in a room directly outside the huge crowds. - Upstairs views were breathtaking which is where we had the best aperol spritz. - Endless views: practically see Oia to Fira. - Food was delicious at the hotel and very generous servings. - The bathroom had a bidet which we preferred. - Close to shops and not far from the Oia castle. - We did a day cruise, organised by the hotel staff which was fabulous as well; pick up was not far. - Excellent service! I cannot stress this point enough, part of the reason this place is incredible is because of the friendly and positive staff that make you feel right at home. - Spotless and clean, including the jacuzzi. - In room massage service was relaxing and prompt (organised by staff). - We trekked from Oia to Fira (one way) and that took us about 2-3 hours. If it’s a sunny day, it’s probably not going to be easy as you have to climb up and down mountains⛰️ Some other notes; - Entry to the hotel is past a key photo spot which means you will need to push through crowds of people to get in and out (some of them accusing you of pushing in). - If you decide to go to the ‘hot springs’, it’s actually cold (but still worth jumping in). - Lots of cruise ships arrive daily so Oia gets very crowded and busy during the day. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you desire to be spoiled 💙

We had an amazing stay at Art Maison’s Oia Castle property, the sister property of Aspaki. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was wonderful. Chris welcomed us warmly, and everyone we interacted with throughout both the Oia Castle and Aspaki properties was so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. One of the coolest parts about staying at Oia Castle is that you get the beautiful view from that side of the island, but you also have access to the sister property, Aspaki, right in the heart of Oia. Two days in a row, we visited Aspaki and enjoyed drinks at the bar, which were delicious. The view of the three blue domes was incredible, and it felt like we had our own crowd-free viewing spot. You can also use the pool at that location. Our suite was amazing. We had a jacuzzi, which was perfect for an evening swim when the air was a little chilly. The property is also centrally located and close to everything, which made exploring Oia very easy. The breakfast was also delicious, and the portions were very generous. Everything we had was so good. A special shoutout to the bellman for helping bring our luggage to the car. We know it is not an easy climb up and down all those stairs with heavy luggage, and we truly appreciated the help. Do note that depending on the location of your room, you can hear the donkeys climb up the steps when they pass by, but it didn’t bother us personally. Just an FYI! Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Oia Castle to family and friends!

One of the most beautiful hotels of our two and a half-week trip to Greece. Indeed, it was one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve had in our many years of traveling. Part of it is undoubtedly the stunning location on the Caldera in Oia and the jaw-dropping views from the private, comfortable, well-appointed suites. Service was outstanding, as befitting a luxury hotel. But this place and the lovely people who work here are very genuine in their efforts to insure the highest level of prompt and welcoming service. Everyone, from the concierge, to the kitchen staff, and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfasts are delicious, and copious with plenty of variety. Some days we wondered why we’d want to leave the hotel at all—it has everything. By the time we had to leave Santorini, we felt like we were leaving friends. I give this hotel my highest rating.
