It was a very pleasant stay. The gentleman at the reception (I think his name is Panos - my apologies if I have it wrong) was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport was very friendly as well. We also booked a 5 hr tour and he was explaining and telling us the details of each site. The view from the room was exceptional and it was a plus to have a heated/jetted tub right outside our room, which we get to enjoy two nights out of the three. The breakfast was one of the things we look forward to every morning. Overall, everyone at this place is great! I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff were personable and informative. They were able to answer any questions we had made excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to visit around the island. They also had their own transportation service which made traveling around the island convenient. Our room had a beautiful view and we had a view of the sunset every evening given Abyssanto's location on the island. The breakfast was amazing and the staff truly try to pamper their guests and give them a memorable experience.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life! Great host, clean rooms, amazing breakfast! The view is breathtaking. If you want to be happy you should stay there! Santorini is a paradise and Abyssanto is the best place to stay in this paradise.

Panagiatos and the team made this experience so wonderful and magical, thank you. They carefully supported us from the airport, to boat trips recommendations, restaurant suggestions and much more. The rooms were neat and clean everyday, highly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filled with flavor and a great variety of options. Hotel is situated in an ideal location within walking distance of amenities. absolutely Stunning location and views ,unique cave hotel experience on edge of caldera . Excellent service from all the staff especially Caterina who goes above and beyond ! Hotel manager Panagiotis was really helpful in organising excursions at very reasonable prices.Memorable breakfasts enough for lunch too !! L&P.Karim (England)
