This small apartment is enough for one or two persons. Have two beds. The location is near bus station. Convenient to walk everywhere. The room is on the roadside. But it’s quiet in November. The house owner is kind. Allowed early check in. Compare other apartments in Oia. This price is not very expensive.

There is a bubble pool in the house, which is very comfortable. You can see the scenery on the cliff through the window. It is very suitable for family activities and outings. The scenery here is better than that of Oia Town, and there are Asian restaurants around. It is good value for money

It's far from the nearest bus stop, so it's difficult for people with a lot of luggage, but the location is great. There are three bedrooms, which is too much for a solo traveler. It would be nice if there was a bathtub.

The house is not on the cliff, it is quite remote, and the price is more than 3000 during Christmas. The problem is that the facilities in the room are too poor. The roofs of the room and the toilet are moldy. Except for the kitchen in Figure 4, which has a little sea view, the three rooms have no view. In the rainy season, when it rains outside, water will pour into the kitchen. There is always a puddle of water on the floor of the bathroom. I don't know where it comes from. Many stores in Oia are closed during the winter holidays, and there is not much choice for breakfast. Fira town is much better than Oia in terms of scenery, living functions, and sanitary environment. This is my true feeling. I don't recommend living here.

Suite is a word game. It is just a small house, no separate shower, very small room

The location is in the center of Oia, a must-go for tourists. There is a small terrace for watching the sunset. The whole house has a kitchen and a bathroom. But at night, the balcony door outside will blow in when the wind is strong, and it makes me tremble with fear. The bed is too soft and the pillow is weak, not very comfortable. The seaside is humid and the windows and chairs are rusty.

The location is very good, only 1-2 minutes walk from the main street of OIA. The villas are beautifully decorated. The personal is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The room with the best location but the most amazing view, right next to the main pedestrian Main Street but unrivalled views over to Fira and the whole caldera of Santorini. Great communication almost to the minute led us to a the best surprise for a room. The views blew us away then we were showed our room for one night…big comfy bed, coffee machine, free standing huge bath. Restaurants actually on the doorstep, bakery 2 minutes away.great WiFi too. Any regrets yes… wish I’d stayed longer If I was picky the amazing outdoor seating area maybe could have been cleaned and maybe more cushions but all in all it was the room we didn’t want to leave..

If you are visiting Santorini you need to stay in Oia Unique Homes by K&K! The view from the balcony is better than the pictures you see in Santorini, big, spacious room with comfortable bed, even the view from the toilet is to die for! Konstantinos was a great host and he gave some excellent recommendations, so trust him! The best part of this stay, was the price too, I was a bit hesitant because the price was below average, but thank God I booked it! Great value! We will be visiting Santorini and staying here again! Thank you :)

The only nice things in this place is the view and the location. Otherwise everything is to expensive. You pay a huge price and you don't even have a bottle of water, neither coffee for the morning, not water for the shower. Basically you have nothing. Only the view, which is amazing, but you can find it in many place in the Cyclades and no need to spend so much money for that in Oia. In the place, you have no recommendation. When you arrive there are no instruction for nice restaurants or even places where to have a coffee or breakfast in the morning. They don't even give you an internet password. We receive it only the day after when we complained about it. Well I will not recommend this place, because you don't get anything for what you pay.

Perfect. Very nice room, well equipped with an indoor jacuzzi. The view from the terrace is just magical and the location of the hotel is perfect (right in the center of Oia) Thanks to Konstantinos for his availability and to Marcos for his kindness and welcome. I recommend.

Stayed in the Aram Suite, with an amazing view of the Caldera. Excellent communication with Konstantinos who is a very reliable and kind person. In a few seconds you are in the most beautiful street of Oia, nearby there is the Mini Market, excellent restaurants and pastry shops that offer a fantastic breakfast with a view. Wi-Fi works perfectly, excellent toilets. Highly recommended!
