Overall very good!

We have recently returned from staying at this lovely hotel . We were lucky enough to be given Room 6 with a large jacuzzi and gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony . Our apartment was large . Wifi and air con ( included ) worked well . Room was cleaned daily and towels changed . The pool is small but actually larger than I was expecting . It’s on the edge of Perissa with a short walk to the beach , bars and bus stop . The room could have done with some maintenance and we only had a very small very noisy fridge . Problem with toilet was fixed quickly . Would absolutely return and was excellent value for money .

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Lucia villas! Place was spotlessly clean on arrival & cleaned every day with towel change & beds made. We stayed in a ground floor apartment with spectacular mountain views from our terrace. We had a double bedroom & 2 single beds in the lounge area, plenty of space for 3 & privacy for our 20 year old daughter.Pool is small with beautiful views & perfectly adequate for the size of the complex. We always found sunbeds & spent a little time in the pool each day. Snack bar by the pool very reasonable. It’s a short walk to the seafront (5 mins) & so many restaurants/bars! We were very sad to leave & will return! Lucia couldn’t help enough with any local query. What else can I say! We had the BEST time on a beautiful island!

We had the best fortnight! Location was perfect for bus, run about every 20 / 30 minutes. Lucia was kind, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. Rooms were cleaned every day, bed made and fresh towels. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a perfect week staying at Lucia Villas. Lucia fantastic host and nothing too much trouble. Small pool area but not too busy so plenty of loungers. Lovely roof terrace to sit and relax. Basic rooms but clean and tidy and cleaned daily. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a friendly little piece of paradise.

Wonderful, wonderful wonderful gem of a hotel. Rooms clean, bright, beds comfy. Lucia the owner is such a lovely lady and will help you with the tours and the buses. Such a chilled out place. Out of the main area so lovely and quiet but so close to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you Lucia and we will see you again Claire and david

Good accommodation. Owner knowledgeable the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Our second year here. We find it has everything we need. Basics in the kitchen area but your not going to cook a three course meal on holiday so you have what you need. Thanks to all.

Great hotel! room. The room was spacious and clean, had a small terrace with space to sit. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. A/C in the room worked well and was nice and kept the room nice and cool. Daily cleaning with towels replaced. Lucia was very friendly and helpful, she offered lots of advice for activities in the local area and was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants and a local bus stop down the road. We would stay again!

Lucia Villas Perissa 5th Sept to 19th Review of room 14 and outside area. Room described as Double with Terrace paid extra for this. • Reality, double room with small slightly subterranean patio, very dingy (basically 6-8 inches below ground level, with a narrow path, 6-8 inches higher in front to next door apt. in front of this) with no privacy, under the main stairs with a huge concrete pillar and a 5-foot wall in front of the chairs. Main view to the left was along a passageway to the main gate and stairs, a dark area. Next doors’ (rm 15) air con unit 4 ft away, just about head height blowing hot air on to you. Area was used by other guests upstairs as a storage area for paddle boards and prams, which restricted escape should there be an emergency. Room is underneath the pool and when the guy cleans around this at 7.15 am, he drags the metal sunbeds over the pebbled pool side, this noise echoes into the room and would wake the dead. I did ask him if he could lift them, which he did for one day. Into the room • Kitchen area, most basic of facilities, kettle, fridge, which was old but worked and small dual electric plate. Had to be careful with the plug as the whole unit was coming away. Utensils a plenty. Cups and glassware were filthy and had to be washed as remnants of drinks were dried in the bottom and greasy lip marks on the glasses, cup had a ********** on. • Twin single beds at the end of the room on concrete plinths, one had a nasty chunk taken out and could cause serious injury if stumbled into. • Room with double bed. Bed was comfortable, but the linen was I can only describe as disgusting. Large yellow stains on the sheets which were well past their best, blood stains on one of the pillows. A bedspread was on each of the beds and again well past best use. • None of the rooms had been cleaned properly for some time by the look of it, with dust and filth all over everything, TV remotes, looked like they had never been wiped and were think with dust and a greasy film, tops of TV’s, lamps etc., thick with dust. • Floors were mopped daily, but you could smell that dirty mop smell, along with bleachy smell and a greasy film of the floor, you felt this especially if you had bare feet. • Bathroom, shower was ok. None of the chrome ware had seen a cloth in years and were heavily stained, (I’ve seen public toilets with cleaner chrome) shower head was rusted and looked filthy. Toilet cistern was a nightmare as it filled on occasion, so we had to use the shower to flush the toilet, the flush system its self-failed and was replaced immediately, but this didn’t solve the cistern fill issue, I was told to just press the small flush button a few times, but this didn’t help, we gave up and reverted to the shower flush method. • I did mention to the owner that the room and surfaces were filthy, and she said it's because dust blows in through the door. This did not excuse the thickness of film and grease. • When I said on being shown the room
