The Holiday Beach Resort came highly recommended by very close friends and it did not disappoint. I would highly highly highly highly recommend this resort to anyone. Dimetra, family and staff made us feel at home, almost as if we were family. The staff were friendly, food and beverage service was excellent and the rooms and resort was very clean. The ocean view from our second floor terrace was also beautiful. The resort made arrangements (for an additional cost of course) to pick us up and drop us back at the airport. There were five of us traveling. Upon arrival we also noticed that they book excursions and have transportation rental services (quad/scooter and car) available. Most importantly, it was quiet and peaceful. We have visited the island before (stayed in Fira) and if we decide to come back..... we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 3 days and 7 hours in this hotel in July. The room was in kind of a basement not bad for Santorini though. The facilites were ok( tv,air con,hair dryer). But the room had literally no sound insulation, you could hear EVERYTHING.For the days we stayed they DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS AT ALL.🤮The lady that was in charge was a bit weird though. She was asking me every day before going to the beach to pay her the full amount . I told her i don’t mind giving her a deposit ( as i offered and she said no it’s not necessary) I explained her that we always pay at the end of our acomondation and she was making me feel embarrassed in front of my family members. At the end she asked me to pay her a full day for the extra 7 hours we stayed. On the wall there was a sign saying you get charged extra 50% for the amount of hours we stayed extra not full day. But she insisted so I just paid her. Definitely not going back but if you are desperate for an overnight sleep it’s ok.

To reception work a grandmother who practic don't speak english.When we arrived, the reserved room was not availble. We were taken to another location, a bedroom with 7 beds (we started the holiday with the left), the next day back to the location. The location is in the happiest case of 2 stars (unfortunately this is Greece). We rented an apartment, with one of the rooms on the street with windows and the door practically without insulation, the bathroom is very small, the salt water in the shower, the beach 15 minutes walk , instead very good cleaning. Santorini is a very small, nice island, I do not recommend it to families with children and only for short stays 3 maximum 5 nights

Hotel booked never picked me up so the taxi company at port recommended this hotel and drove me there at 3.09am - so had no idea what to expect. Received a warm welcome, (yes at3.00 in the morning) room was wonderful, bright and pretty, air co was great, as was bathroom - bed comfortable Would definitely return , family run, lovely breakfast and short walk to black beach Did nt get chance to try out the pool which looked just like the photos

The hotel is ok, the staff is friendly, the pool with buffet is great .... there was no coffee maker in the room, the beach is quite far, at least 12 minutes walk in the sun ....

Hotel bonito, muito cuidado, com uma vista agradável e um nascer do sol muito bonito. Perto da praia de Perivolvos e Perissa. Piscina bonita e sempre limpa. Staff simpático. Os quartos são simples, e sempre limpos.

Holiday Beach di Santorini è una struttura molto ben gestita e accogliente, con una deliziosa piccola hall 'vintage' e un'ottima ampia piscina nella quale è possibile anche nuotare. La camera dove sono stato due giorni era piccola, ma molto confortevole e pulita, con uno splendido terrazzino dal quale si vedeva il mare. La spiaggia di Perissa dista una decina di minuti a piedi. La posizione del Resort è ottima per girare Santorini, anche in bus: a 50 metri c'è la fermata di quello che porta alla splendida Thira. La colazione è molto buona.

Hotel familiale bien entretenue, chambre simple, gentil accueil, petit dejeuner industriel mais pain frais. Je me mets cette note car l hotel est tres bruyant au carrefour de 2 rues , jour et nuit il y a le bruit des voitures, klaxon, musique ect….invivable . Dommage ! Sinon bel piscine et à 15 mins à pied de la plage.
