From the moment we arrived for our 3 night stay check in was seamless and lots of hotel information and local area information shared with us by Marios of what we could do and see and the best times to do it , breakfast and dinner was fantastic helped by Alex and his very attentive staff always having time for a chat and seeing if there was more that could be done to help with our stay, our room was immaculately cleaned every day , 3 pools and ample sun loungers this really is a oasis within a oasis. A credit to management and all staff. Looking forward to returning soon .

Situated in a very good location to easily discover Santorini island, Hotel is very clean, each staff member went that ‘extra mile’ to make your stay pleasant, amazing experience and enjoyed the stay. The food was excellent except for the last day where we were offered a La carte menu instead of the high quality buffet menu which were provided the previous two nights, this was not to the standard of the buffet menu, I will still rate the hotel five stars for the excellent customer service, friendly, courteous and efficient staff, beautiful rooms, nice breakfast and dinner buffets.

Honestly 10/10 we had Anastasia and Tanya and they were so professional and welcoming!!! The massage was really relaxing and reasonable! The hotel was stunning and we could stay after and enjoyed all the pools and sun beds!!! They went above and beyond giving us future advice and informing us on how to improve our skin and relax even more!!! Such a pleasure and such lovely staff Thank you so much ❤️

The check in was fine and staff very helpful and delivered cases to your room. The rooms are not soundproofed as described in fact every sound can be heard above and to the sides all conversations and bathroom visits. The rooms are contemporary with some nice touches but lacks bedside tables ( we moved the heavy cast iron ones in the room to the bedside) there is no drying/hanging space for swimwear etc. There is a kettle and Nespresso machine but once used 4 capsules no replacement even of sugar and no milk. Complimentary water and fanta in fridge on arrival. Breakfast ok but all warm food pre cooked and nothing 'cooked fresh to order' so eggs overdone and omelette as per usual one 4 slice toaster! As regards sunbeds if you are a sun worshiper you will struggle to get a sunbed if not up before 7.30am as we found most to be reserved by 8am there are 100 rooms sleeping 2/4 and only 50 sunbeds and not all with parasols. Location is good just a 10 min stroll into main square but the road is quite busy to cross and on an obstructed corner. Overall disappointing in some areas and not what we expected for 5 star rating.

So happy we decided to stay here! A lot of the hotels in Santorini are super expensive and we were not looking to spend $1000 a night. We found this gem that exceeded all of our expectations. You are avoiding paying the extra for staying right in the city, but you are only a 5 minute walk to Fira! You get beautiful ocean views along the way as well.The hotel is newer and you can tell by how modern and just perfect everything was. The pool at this hotel I think is the best out of any hotel in Santorini. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had our very own little terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the pool area (you have amazing views of the sunset from here). Breakfast is included and also so delicious. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help you out with anything you may need. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santorini!

Absolutely beautiful property! It was walking distance to Fira and to all the dining and shopping! We rented a car that was provided by the hotel and was only a 20 min drive to oia! The hotel staff made everything very convenient with port transfers and the rental! We would definitely return for our future stays!
