Nice hotel, fine looking room, soft bed.. location is great, but hard to find first time. If you’ll come for check-in by taxi order a car to Pizza Hut, Summer mall, and then take a short walk to that dead end street. Hotel is 5 floors and no elevator.. if your room will be on 5th floor plus your baggage is heavy… will be a bit uncomfortable to carry it up. Also they’re not able to extend your stay after 14:00 even with extra payment, because they don’t have housekeeping after 17:00, so if you’d decide to stay a bit longer need to book another night Rest is fine, except mold on the walls in room.

The location is the best asset this place has. I booked a single room with its own bathroom its on the second floor. The room was nicer than in the picture. However the name really should be 'Warzone' because this place sounds like a battlefield. Its INCREDIBLY noisy. People slam their doors so loud constantly that it sounds like bombs going off. I can't say if its the door mechanism or rust or something else that causes this, but I've checked and you don't have to make so much noise since from the inside you can close it quietly(nobody does though) but from the outside there is still too much of a loud sound. Your room shakes. I have never experienced something like this. From what I can tell there are a lot of staff that stay on site however they do absolutely nothing to control the people and noise. I've had to ask people twice You can walk in the front door since its never closed. They cared more about if I'm wearing their communal shoes, which I refused since they are too small and EVERYONE USES THE SAME SHOES, than the actual experience of people staying here. I wasn't told what they have available to offer. They have a restaurant and a bar for example or if they can help booking a trip or something. It's okay to be somewhat friendly, but its a business. I've stayed in many many hostels over the years but because of the noise I will never recommend this place if they value sleeping in peace. And its so dumb and shows a lack of care because soundproofing doors are really cheap. Also the bathrooms on the floors for shared rooms don't have entrance doors so you can hear literally everything that happens in there. Instead you will listen to evey single footstep and exploding doors until 4 or 5 am after which it usually quiets down until someone wakes up and starts the bombing again. It's very obvious that staff and management have accepted this noise and don't care. But if you care about that do not stay here.

The lighting in the room is very good hahahaha, and it is very close to Dadonghai. You can take a walk there every night and sit and enjoy the sea breeze. It is so comfortable that I even stayed 😢 Moreover, the boss and my friends are very nice and know how to do it. I will provide you with suggestions for your travels. I went to the two recommended restaurants, both of which were delicious and had great service. Oh, by the way, the auntie is also super nice. When I left, she told me that it was great here and let me play for two more days. She also came to clean the house early and said that it would not affect the guests behind me. Anyway, I I think it’s okay to rush, hehe😬

Lovely Hotel near the centre, easy to get a DIDI to all places. Beach with in walking distance. Close to the Dolphin Western food Café & Bar for good food morning, afternoon and night. Hotel pool open till 6pm, KFC on site. The staff could not speak English, but we communicated with a translation app, no problems checking in or out. Nice affordable Hotel

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. Both experiences were very good. They upgraded my room this time, I really appreciate that. The room was spacious and comfortable with sea-view and a private garden. The breakfast is very good, I recommend to include it in your booking. Check in and check out process is fast and easy.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

It’s a lovely place. All the other comments I agree with. They should repair walkway around pool ( very minor issue but not a good first impression as I first accessed the hotel from the beach). It’s a beautiful hotel. Room comfy/ luxurious as well as outdoor sofa on balcony VERY comfy for relaxing. A complaint: cutting the lawn almost all day on the Sunday from breakfast time all the way into the afternoon. Can you maybe reserve this not for the weekend/ Sunday? Ironically weekend guests spend more to get to Sanya and stay here than a weekday guest. There was also a wedding on the Saturday afternoon and evening ( so noisy on both days). But despite this, incredibly charming place. If the rate was more affordable I would have stayed Friday and Saturday night but only stayed one night due to price for a solo traveller ( hotel is empty)… Thank you for my stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were a lot of options for room service. The pool was great! Unfortunately there were some negatives. My room was close to an AC outlet so it could be noisy when you sit on the balcony. The noise insulation was not great: there were children running around on my corridor so it was difficult to sleep. I could hear every door slam on my floor. It is worth noting that the hotel does not have a beach so the views aree awesome but I couldn't sit on and swim at the beach. Definitely a good hotel for families. Maybe not so much if you want to do things within walking distance from the hotel.
