It was an amazing experience staying in this beautiful hotel. Everything was nice, starting from delicious breakfast and very comfortable rooms, and ended with wonderful people working here. And I also want to say big thank you to Yuki. She makes our stay at the hotel even better. Definitely will come back here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Sanya, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with breathtaking ocean views, well-maintained facilities, and a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service—especially from Yuki. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a significant difference. Whether it was helping with room arrangements, dining suggestions, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Yuki handled everything with grace and professionalism. Thanks to her and the entire Hyatt team, I felt truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sanya and look forward to returning soon!

Very quiet and calm location, hotel is beautiful and modern, with direct access to the beach. Staff is very helpful, especially Scott at the front desk , he made sure we are well taken care of at all times. Thank you

Big territory to walk, clean swimming pool, uncrowded beach, close to West Island ferry boat.

First of all thank you Yuki for the assistance, she made me so comfortable during my stay in Hyatt. And also all of the staf that helped me in English, much appreciated! I love my room, big and comfy and everything Worked well! I love the nature and how Hyatt is always good and maintaining the view and peace so it makes my stay like a healing therapy. I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay! The view from the room was fantastic, the room was clean, and the pool was great for relaxing. The beach is right in front of the hotel, which was perfect for morning walks and sunsets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Yuki who made sure everything was comfortable for me. This hotel is a great choice if you want a quiet, relaxing stay by the sea in Sanya. Highly recommend!

Good pool area, close to the airport, no need to cross the street to reach the beach. Good restaurant, including the breakfast. Overall a good place.

Beautiful views and so close to private beach perfect for a getaway and quiet relaxation

Comfortable access to refreshments lunch and dinner has been outstandingly provided by Miss Lesley , one of Hyatt staff manager. I highly recommend Miss Lesley for bigger role and responsibilities (Dr Erwin Bryan Utchanah). Customer Service and front Desk smoothly moved us from a remote room to a room closer to the Lounge, pool area and restaurant. Miss Oy, from SPA has also provided 5star wellness. I had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanya, conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel offers stunning views of both the swimming pool and the beach at the same time, which was a real highlight of my stay. Plus, it has access to a private beach, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and privacy.The hotel itself is very clean and feels brand new, adding to the overall luxurious experience. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, with special thanks to « Scott » for his help and professionalism. I also can’t forget to mention « Lesley » who went above and beyond. During my stay, a typhoon hit and all delivery services stopped, but Lesley kindly sent fruits and coconut to our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time.Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!
