it is a pity. I originally wanted to stay for a few days but came here after reading the reviews. As a result, the room assigned to me was said to be upgraded for me. When I entered, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bed and pillows were smelly, the dining table was not set properly, and everything was dirty. It felt like it wasn't cleaned at all. The toilet was black when wiped, the dishes in the dishwasher were full of ants, and the chairs were dirty. I asked customer service if I could change my room, and the answer I received was that there were no rooms available, but Ctrip also showed that there were rooms available. All in all, very disappointed.
