這個酒店你不能看網上圖片，房間説實話將就。適合性價比類型。周邊環境比較像養老院那種感覺。總體感覺不差也不好。來了三亞第一天不想跑可以將就住下。出門過街就是海還是不錯。千萬不要到酒店出門右邊那個廣場吃東西，一定記住。右邊出門再轉右那邊的小吃城和海鮮也別碰。相信我。推薦重慶人開的那家萬州烤魚。不是其他意思，作為一個四川人出門在外遇到四川的相對來説親切後你敢走進去，詢問清楚價格後最後吃下來烤魚加酒兩個人就130元左右。海鮮價格也不貴。來到三亞第一天就被打車的坑了，太嚇人了真的。第一次感覺來到一個城市打不起車的。所以吃飯出行比較緊張小心。建議大家公交或者電瓶車，舒適放心。

環境啥的挺好，不過隔音是完全沒有，門口底下很大一條縫，隔壁甚至樓下説話清晰可見，正好碰到幾個沒素質的東北人，大清早七點多就又吵架又開門關門的，折騰到現在九點多了，完全沒法休息

屬於比較悠閑的地方，過條馬路就是海邊很方便，比較清凈的酒店，住了4個酒店還是選擇回來住

酒店環境不錯，房間乾淨衞生，服務態度不錯，旁邊很多好吃的，離海邊很近，特別夕陽的時候，很漂亮，安逸！反正性價比不錯！

這家酒店其實也用作工商銀行的培訓中心，裏面有幾顆大榕樹還不錯。前台説他們叫銀苑酒店，通過在攜程上定的房間是一個二道販子替他們銷售的房間，我查了下，還真是，這個二道販子在攜程上衹留了個手機號碼。本來入住前特意定了貴的帶陽台的房型（沒有定什麼盲盒房），但這個二道販子為了其利益最大化，仍然給安排的是一樓的房間，根本沒有什麼陽台，房間採光非常不好，房間看起來也非常粗鄙。到前台交涉，費盡口舌才給換了間二樓帶陽台的房間，明顯比第一間好多了，但想要三樓能看到海的房間，省省吧。
