Consecutive Stay Benefit - Daily Minibar: Enjoyed a wide selection of beverages every day. Environment: Definitely 7-star standard. This is my second time staying here. Service: Grateful for the butler's attentive service. Facilities: The breakfast was extensive, with two restaurants, both of which were delicious.

An unparalleled experience! The hotel was grand in every aspect, making us feel right at home. We booked a Royal Club King Room, and it came with a complimentary afternoon tea upgrade. Since we missed the evening 'Sweet Hour', the butler, a lovely and kind young lady, graciously offered us afternoon tea for the following day instead. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, providing us with all the necessary timings and important tips. **Facilities:** The TV felt a bit small for a Royal Club room. **Cleanliness:** Exceptionally clean. The bathtub didn't even need a liner, and the bath towels and hand towels were all very soft. The hotel provided two large and one small blue pool slippers, plus two large and one small white disposable slippers. **Service:** After our first swim, the bathrobes got completely soaked. The hotel promptly provided two extra sets, which was very efficient. **Location:** It's in a prime spot in Haitang Bay, about 1.8 kilometers from the CDF Duty-Free City.

The kids had a blast at the water park, but be sure to keep an eye on your flip-flops when tubing—ours were taken, and checking the surveillance footage didn't help, sigh... Our butler, Vivian Huang, was incredibly warm and thorough, sending us WeChat messages with all sorts of important tips and clearly explaining all the dining and entertainment options. My child had just turned a few months over 12, which normally means they'd be counted as an adult. However, a male front desk manager upgraded our service and even added breakfast for free! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever received such special treatment, especially since it's not a cheap place. It was a really pleasant surprise and shows what a human-centered hotel this is. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya.
