A special thanks to Front Desk Agent Xiao Jiang for her thoughtful service. She proactively arranged a high-floor room and even upgraded our room for free when she saw I was traveling with friends. She greeted us with a smile throughout our stay, was always ready to help with any request, and truly made us feel at home. We even received a souvenir!

The sea view didn't disappoint, absolutely perfect! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for getting around. Our butler, Anna, provided incredibly thoughtful and meticulous service. She kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room with a fantastic angle upon check-in. The moment I pushed open the curved floor-to-ceiling windows, I was absolutely stunned by the ocean view – a breathtaking, unobstructed 180-degree panorama of Sanya Bay. Thumbs up! Traveling as a couple, our overall stay exceeded expectations. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and our butler, Xiao Feiyang, provided excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the sea view was stunning—every photo looked like a masterpiece. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries were fully stocked. The hotel offers both a Western and Chinese restaurant, plus a laundry room, which solved our travel laundry problem. The location is great, making it easy to get around by taxi. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay! Our housekeeper, Anna, arranged a room with a fantastic sea view on a high floor. Her service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and very professional. We were also given two complimentary tickets to the Fire Show bar, and the performance was absolutely spectacular. A truly wonderful experience!

My last night in Hainan! The location was convenient and the service was great.

The two-bedroom suite with a full sea view was fantastic! It has two separate bedrooms, which is perfect for a family trip after the Gaokao (college entrance exam). Parents can have one room and the kids can have the other, offering privacy without disturbing each other. The service was also excellent.

I stayed here after visiting the Guanyin of Nanhai. It's nothing special. The surrounding area is quite desolate; it might be the only hotel on the island. Besides the sea view, there's nothing else to do for leisure. The whole place is very old and run-down.

Headed to an island and was greeted by a stunning blue. I booked a hotel on an artificial island, where the blue skies and white clouds created a beautiful contrast, and the island scenery was refreshing and charming. The room had an expansive sea view, and it was clean and comfortable. Our butler, Anna, provided attentive and warm service. Immersed in the sea breeze and beautiful scenery, all fatigue melted away.
