房間不錯衞生整潔，畢業旅行剛剛好，八個好友入住還很寬裕，民宿提供燒烤架晚上還可以燒烤，挺好玩的，老闆娘人非常好，任何問題都會耐心解答，還給我們推薦玩的地方，離免税店也很近，來血拚的姐妹沖沖沖

房子的位置非常好，離免税店衹有2、3公里，附近就是風情食街，無論購物還是吃都非常方便。房型和網上介紹的一樣，5間房六張床，我們9個人住，綽綽有餘。房子的娛樂設施非常豐富，自動麻將機、燒烤爐，還有小朋友玩的滑梯，一應俱全。屋前屋後都可以停車，非常適合一家大小自駕出遊！

房間離免税店很近，騎個電瓶車就過去了。每個房間都帶衞生間，使用起來非常方便。小院前後也都可以停車。客廳很大，過年弄了兩桌飯都能放下。房東非常的熱情，幫我們解決了大問題。NICE

看了接近一週的別墅名宿，最後大家一起選了這家，服務非常好，有什麼需要都能很快完成，我個人是第一次住這樣類型的別墅感覺很新鮮，鍋碗瓢盆樣樣有也能滿足我們自己做飯的樂趣，衞生間乾淨衞生，房間也完美，還有自動麻將桌，晚上非常安靜，而且非常適合轟趴聚會。

小舍位置很方便，早上起來門口不遠處也有當地人吃早餐的路邊檔，晚上的宵夜選擇就更豐富了！整棟樓的5間房內都有自己的馬桶和洗浴設備，熱水也很充足不需要等待，床鋪整體都很乾凈，但疫情期間我們還是自己帶了消毒噴霧都灑了一遍。
樓下客廳設施非常豐富，衹是我們沒有小朋友也沒精力打麻將，比較適合年輕人來聚會趴體，比如當晚對面就上一羣本地大學生來慶祝生日（稍微有點吵）。
整體都非常滿意，性價比很高，出門轉兩個彎10min就到免税店，很適合來囤貨的小分隊（雖然我們沒覺得特別好買）。

位置是很方便的，離美食街夜市超級無敵近，夜市yyds，生蠔2元一個。衞生打掃得很乾凈，房間很大，而且每個房間都有衞生間。房東回覆很快，人很nice，下次帶家人還會再入住滴。

房子位於三亞海棠區風情小鎮，裏面都是別墅。
卧室一共五間，一樓是兩張雙床房，二樓四個都是大床，每一個卧室都有獨立衞生間，客廳也很大，有一個大方桌，一個機麻桌。沙發很乾凈舒適，還有吊椅和嬰兒床，店家還很貼心的放了小童玩的梭梭灘。
廚房很大，有冰箱，電磁爐和各種鍋碗瓢盆，還有專門消毒的消毒香箱，車一般停後門，後門的壩子很大。
別墅到三亞國際免税店大概兩公里，開車很快，住這裏很適合逛免税店，到海棠鎮也很近，開車大概15分鐘。
周圍有很多吃的，特別是又出去幾條街都是吃飯的。而且餐館消費也不貴。住這裏很推薦大家去分界洲島，因為分界洲島離這裏不遠，而且島上人也不多，很適合上島出遊。
房東很貼心，訂房後一直幫助我們做攻略，有什麼也是第一時間回覆我們，給予了我們很多幫助。下次來三亞還是會選擇他家，因為他家的環境，條件，服務都是很棒滴
